Title Text: Hey, Kitsune, I really like your gold statue costume
I'll bet almost none of you saw this coming.
This comic strip is Chekhov's gun in all it's glory...okay in this case it should be called Chekhov's statue given by kitsune...or someting like that...still glorious
Also I must say I like how the statue was drawn, it really stands out

Just thought of another thing. Do you guys think that everything that happened in the game is going to be revealed to everyone in this arc?

so if the Statue and Kitsune are one in the same, does that mean Kyuunado and GreatKitsune are one in the same?
Most important thing I've learned from D&D?
No matter how tempting it may be, as a DM I can't both present a problem and solve it.
Every time a DMPC or NPC fixes something a payer couldn't i'm diminishing and undermining that player's contribution.

He's also the lamp on the Arbelt table, the empty picture frame to the side of the mantle in the Bigglesworth home, the domino in Truck's den..............

I remember of that Great Kitsune statue. So, Tarot is asking about it to King in order to be able to talk with the awesome kitsune. Good that he keep it, or that the ferrets never saw it, as seems. It should have much value... Great reply Great Kitsune, you're like a Big Brother, then.

Of course not! But I do watch... Not really to help so much though, but watching you all is just more interesting than reality TV.Buster wrote:so if the Statue and Kitsune are one in the same, does that mean Kyuunado and GreatKitsune are one in the same?

He's lying.
If he is everywhere, why does Tarot need the statue to speak with him?

I'm starting to fear for Satau a little. If GK's ruling isn't a good one, than worst case scenario? Well, let's just say he might end up expecting a visit from a certain Three-Headed Demigod to whisk him away to the great big Dog Park above.

He's not particularly old, just misplaced in time a little. They're not going to take him if he's not dead yet.

Ah, I think I know what they need a ruling on. The only reason Pete and Dragon lost was because all their avatars quit; but if Dragon still technically had an avatar in the game, she likely could have been the rightful winner.
Then again, Kitsune could have already ruled on that ages ago (it wouldn't be like him to miss something that big), and the ruling is what happens to Satau now. That's probably more likely.

Douglas isn't my real name, but because of a name block put on me by a higher-order being known as Djinni, I can't say my real name.

Would it count as interference if GK was to send him back with Scrambled memories or something, so that way he wouldn't be able to reveal the outcome to her?Douglas Collier wrote:Ah, I think I know what they need a ruling on. You know, If pete caught Dragon in the act of cheating way back when, it's possible he could have insisted that avatar in question not be 'returned to play' effectively trapping Satau in whatever time period they're not playing in...
He could even justify it as being for his own good; the future is a much more civilized time, and he'll have a better life there.
Just a theory.
