Just when I thought I was out, they pull me back in!... Actually, this is just a doodle I made during my decompression time that evolved into a short strip. I just love you guys too much and love drawing in general to completely abandon this.
Frankly, I would consider this a deleted scene in the upcoming series of events (namely, a segment in the explanation of how/why the composited menace was entrapped). I intended for Homer's counterparts to be cosmic pranksters; spiking the orange soda and watching their celestial colleagues in their most honest states. However, I think that this particular scene is just too mean (funny, considering the victim, but mean), don't you. SD-lovers, please don't hate me too much for this.

In that case, I think I will eventually color and include it in the story (a sort of preemptive karma for her recent actions).

Come now, you know that she only has eyes for Pete... My car just went-up in a huge green ball of fire.

Anyway, life is too short and I figured I'd make/post another chapter in my non-sensible fanfic (*sarcastic cheers from the audience*). Sorry for the blurriness: 250-KB limit and all. Now, to return to what I was doing and have my already short life shortened even further... And to salvage my decimated vehicle (*Like a good neighbor...*)

Good luck with your new life, Holly Wood. ;) Ahah, what a new fail for Heidi, even in playing the robber game. That looks really shocking for her, we'll see on next strip. ;)

Yeah, bringing you another distracting creation from the mind of one dumb animal who can't tell the difference and gets vilified... I dunno, I got nothin'... except for maybe this (NO! NO MORE! NO MORE!).

In truth, Heidi may not be the sharpest tool in the sharp tool keeping place, but she is loyal, tenacious, and loving. This part's dedicated to her and her never-ending quest to protect her loved ones from squirrels like Tread-Tail (yeah, I'll explain later). Thank you all for your support.

OK, she's so cute throughout the whole strip.

What embarrassing thing, only Holly can know it (from now also we all :P). I see what you did there with that reference. ;) At least, a thing works perfectly in Heidi: the nose. :P

Hmm... That would make for an interesting/disturbing conversation. As crazy as Heidi is, she may be among the closest to making sense of Karishad and vice versa.

Also, I forgot this... Alternate text: "Can I still sniff your butt just to make sure?"

Well, enough ridiculing Holly for her selfish wish; time to get back to the story... Okay, just one more for the road. Incidentally, any resemblance of the humans in this comic to people living or dead is purely coincidental.

As human there are lot of things to try, choose the right ones. About the toilet, only when really needed, and it's easy. ;) Yeah, parks are now funny only for dogs, but it's weird that there are still such prohibitions...

Would be an hard life be the double of a good actor and a bad singer... You're again too late, Tarot, your psychic senses are still failing in punctuality. :P It's too incomprehensible what's written on the book cover.

Twisting doorknobs, being able to eat more things, and gaining access to dog prohibited areas are a few that I came up with.

Apparently, mastering equilibrium is another factor of shapeshifting .

Ah, sorry about the illegible title on the magazine (I will try to sharpen it soon). The lower right side should read "Life of an Actress (/Singer?).

Those are among the things that I'd imagine dogs envying. I also originally had Holly eating chocolate for the first time and partaking in the electoral process (I'm not sure if pets in the Housepets! universe can vote in elections with human candidates). I also assume that dogs in this universe can see in color.

Dogs *can* see in color, although their band is limited to a lesser range of colors.
Of course, in the HP universe it is possible they see in full colors instead.

Interesting. I remember reading (or hearing) something about this; having to do with dogs simply lacking the cone cells in their retinas needed to see reds(?). Still, try describing red (or anything not related to squirrels) to Heidi. On that note:

Upon retrospect, I realize that you actually meant that she should talk to Freddy. Squirrels are so evil; stealing remotes (from Freddy) and digging-up bones (from Heidi, long story)... Are they planning to assemble a giant mechanically-operated monstrosity of bones?

Should squirrels try and build a giant monstrosity made of bones, Heidi would think it's Christmas and actually thank the squirrels

As promised, I colored and incorporated this scene into the plot... with bonuses so as not to single-out poor Dragon. You might be wondering why Pete and the others have things like their modern-day attire, shampoo, and cereal when this is supposed to take place eons ago. Well, I justify my blunder by assuming that, as celestial beings, they have access to luxuries well before their invention in the mortal world (using a magical wormhole of sorts... I dunno). That or this is all just a poorly-written script by Karishad, who is trying his best to sell it to Hollywood. I again apologize for the blurriness... and for GK... but I couldn't resist (I'm only human).

It's hard to tell with the robe, but the body wash also shrank Pete somewhat (a classic 2-for-1 prank).
