Joy: Even though it's been a really stressful series of days (and still will be), I feel motivated and happy.

Joy: It's a ways away, but I'm going on a road trip with a friend this summer out to Oregon. I've always wanted to see the west coast and I'm pretty excited.
Sorrow: So, I pulled an April fools joke a few years back on my friend. He schooled me pretty hard this year. I clearly underestimated him.

Was this university? I don't know if you're in the USA, but you could try community college too! It's super cheap and a lot of people underestimate its worth. I know in the state of North Carolina, if you follow the "transfer these credits to a four year university" plan of study and get your associate's degree from the community college with a 3.0 GPA or higher, you are guaranteed to be accepted to a four year university that next fall. Plus, if you don't exactly know what you want to do as a career for the rest of your life, community college will give you two more years to think about it! ^_^

Sorrow: Class registration for next semester opens in eight minutes oh my gosh I am not prepared for this I hope I get into the classes I want ahhhh I can't take this pressure!

Well looky what I brought home. An itty bitty tiny little baby six week old KITTEN!

Mum: "Told you."
OMG I LOVE HIM SO MUCH! He is so dinky! And he fits in my hand. I texted mum asking if we could have him and she said yes. Beyond all my expectations she said yes. I had to sit down for a few minutes after that. I almost cried.

Joy: I had a terrible week work ethic wise a couple weeks ago but my two quizzes from that week went well. So no real harm done.

Joy: Got a 92 on my philosophy of law quiz that I was super unprepared for.

Sorrow: Trying to balance academics and making my movie for class is hard. I should be putting work into my german and philosophy classes. But I can't because while the grade for class should be kinda easy I need to put a lot of work into the movie because it will be part of my portfolio.

Joy: Shooting the last of the footage for it this weekend/ early this week.

Joy: After I get out of work I'm spending all afternoon in the editing lab to edit some of what I already have.

Sorrow: I have to show it to people. Obviously I want that as a filmmaker but as something I wrote and directed it's a very personal thing and may lead to some really awkward conversations given the subject matter. It's scary to reveal so much about yourself even in an indirect way. SO that's kinda been bugging me all week.
