Nervous: My actual CNA 1 training starts Tuesday.

Sorrow: My mom's cousin Dennis, a nurse that inspired me to become a nurse, died of a heart attack this week.

Joy: Got proper closure with my friend. I had to drive all night to his funeral, but it was worth it.

Don't feel too bad. The last time I updated my fanfic was almost a year ago, and I haven't done anything much with it since.

Joy: Got really lucky earlier today. I went to the school's computer lab to print something for a couple of classes and ended up leaving my USB drive, which has over half a year's worth of work in it. After a couple of hours, I finally realized I had left it and went back to the lab. Luckily when I got back it was still there.

I haven't updated mine in a little over a year and a half. sometimes life gets in the way, other times writer's block does.

Sorrow: New Ridge Racer was released last month. Why do I say this is bad? Because instead of making Ridge Racer 8 for the release of the PlayStation 4, Namco goes and makes a MOBILE RELEASE. This is the first time that a PlayStation system has not had a Ridge Racer game in it's launch title roster. That should never happen.

Joy: hehey, got a "freelance" job for the music band from our university, namely aiding in spell-checking their lyrics and replying to foreign e-mails. If I don't fail at that, my name will be on the list of 3 people, out of which the official Russian-English translator will be chosen for their summer "tour" (though it's more of "taking part in a festival" or something, not sure on details yet) to Poland

Sorrow: 33% chance is still is not quite reassuring...

Joy: got to one of the highest pints in our forest trek/mountain climb and got to hear the songs of an endemic bird species

Sorrow: The trek was relatively short (compared to what i'm used to).
