EDIT:....woops, had a minor problem on my end. And it's fixed.
Anyway, greetings ArcFlight. Welcome aboard! if you're nice, I'll be nice in return.
Phew... at least I'm not the only one who was thinking the same thing. It was short while it lasted though. ^^'

You would know if it was a terrible pun as, after being discharged from hospital, I would demand payment to repair my desk after my head slammed straight through it. The internet, in all it's wisdom, has taught me the definition of a terrible pun.
It took me a while to understand what you were trying to say with that... but I had myself laughing by the time I figured it out. Good one, buddy. But yes... the internet does come with a price.

ArcFlight wrote:Hi, I'm ArcFlight. Not sure where or when I found out about Housepets!, but when I read the first one I found I just had to start from the first strip. An incredible journey later I arrived at Blood Loss, Jungle Fever; just minutes after it had been posted. Starting the fun task of filling time between updates.
I would have joined back at Terms Of Engagement, Jungle Fever; but could not think of a username at the time.
Hey, ArcFlight, welcome aboard. The chocolate fountain and snack table is to your right.
Hey, I'm Sneak. Florida, 23, college student with a part time job that he won't reveal cause it's embarrassing >_>
First discovered Housepets back in 2011, read through it, loved it, moved on. Just rediscovered it today, read it again, loved it again. This time enough to sign up here. So, um...yeah. S'about it for now. Ya'll see a friendly enough bunch, which is good to know!
Hi! *waves*
Muse, here. Coyote/American Kestrel hybrid. A (essentially) gay male who is 25 years of age as of yesterday. I'm a lover of music and cars. Especially cars. I can go on for hours about cars in general and Subarus (esp. Legacies) in specific. I work as a driver at Autopart International, getting paid to drive around and listen to music. Dream job? Eh, yeah, pretty close.
I've been reading Housepets on and off for a while, now. Not sure why it's taken this long to join the forum.

Hiya Muse and Spawtzi! *waves back*
Welcome to the forums. And what a perfect duo of newcomers too! Coyotes are such amazing creatures (but unfortunately I don't know much about cars...) while purple is my second favorite food color! I hope you guys enjoy your stay around here.

Hey Muse! You don't happen to be named after the band, do ya?

I see what you did there, Sleet. xD
Anyway, nice to meet you, Muse.
Heyyyyy! Back to the place that started my spontaneous forum joining session today!
(long story)
But just to introduce myself, I am Jrodsqod.
Your average 19y-old college student, who actually discovered Sleet, Dissension, TinFoilHats, and a couple more of you BEFORE I even stumbled upon Housepets in the first place!
SAY WHAT!? Weird story, right?
Love the comic, love the atmosphere and fans. Bit of an artist myself, and might I say this comic is beyond anything I've ever come across before.
It's like a breath of fresh air, is what it is.
Just to let you all know, I'm not a furry, BUT I am VERY tolerant to those of you who are, and anthro has pretty much become my art style of choice. :D
Looking forward to chatting with you all, and btw Sleet is actually pretty cool......and scary. At the same time.
Cheers!
Hey thanks!
Y'know here in Michigan, we're considered the cereal state of America, and there's a Post cereal called GrapeNuts?!?!?!
If you don't believe me, Google it for yourself!
(they taste awful)
Hiya jrodsqod! That's a rather interesting assortment of letters, although I kinda have an idea what it's suppose to pronounce as... I think. I like how you used the word "discovered" too.
But anyways, welcome to the forums! Don't stalk too much now, hehe. ;3

Minasan, kon'nichiwa! *bows respectively to everyone* A real pleasure to meet you guys!I'm Nigel,so you can just call me by that. And also...um,well Housepets has been a very inspiring and hilarious comic so far.Rick has certainly done a good job in doing so.*nods timidly* But my favourite character is Kitmaura Itsuki.I'm sure all of you can tell by seeing his picture over to the left.Other than that...I'm an Asian just like him.
I love writing, music and especially drawing.Country, oldern and modern music are my favourites.I love food as well...so if you ever come over for a party at my place....then I am deeply sorry if I disappoint you. That is all for now.I hope to make new friends and not foes in the future.Once again, anata no subete o mitasu koto gah ureshi!Nice to meet you all!
ようこそ、Nigel!
こちらこそ、会えてよかった
As you can tell, I like Kitamura as well. Though I wish I knew Japanese a little better than I do.
I hope you make lots of friends here.

Koko de min'na watashi o ukeirete kurete arigato!(Thanks guys for accepting me!) I am really grateful.I don't really know Japanese as well Smiley-kun.But since I was really interested in Itsuki so I might as well learn a bit. *giggles* But still,it's nice to see some people who acknowledge the existance of a newcomer like me.
Hello everybody it is good to see you all, i'm a 20 something Australian who enjoys the insanity of a music festival combined with endless joys of martial arts. I also enjoy a little bit of sketching and pretty much any form of academic knowledge. Oh and rum, rum is good
