TheOne wrote:Awww... Oh well... But it's really cool that you draw "manually" like that. I'm decent with my colored pencils, but I have a hard time keeping shapes consistent between drawings.
I've been thinking of getting a 1ft by 1 ft piece of plexiglass and gluing it to some 2x2 scraps and adding a few LEDs. I just don't draw enough to take the time, though. Plus, I'm ok with just a clipboard and two sheets of paper. (one with the original and one with the trace.) the trouble I have is trying to keep the proportions right when I try to break the character from the original. For example, I downloaded "2012-04-06-the-proposal-i-mean-proposition" for a shot of Karishad I'm using for a fanart trace, then I flipped the image so second-panel Karishad is looking to the left. I used MS Paint to remove the color, and then enlarged the 'sketch' that was left, and printed it out. I can get a decent trace of his face that way, but I'm having trouble because I want his arms held outward. And moving his shoulders and arms from a down position to a straight-out position is throwing off the proportions when I draw it. I'm getting closer to what I want, though. Eventually, I'm going to take several drawings and layer them so that Peanut and Grape are sitting on a rocket-ship, and Karishad will be standing with a robotic character just inside the TARDIS. I got the idea a couple months back in a poetry piece I put on the forums. Once it's done, I'll be using that as my new avatar pic, and posting all the sequence drawings on my Deviant Art page. Any pointers would be appreciated.rickgriffin wrote:Well what I've started doing in these cases is a lightbox transfer, though only for the sketch; shine a light under the paper, trace the image onto a card, then trace the card onto the next panel.

I've spent a few years in New Mexico: It's high enough in Santa Fe and Albuquerque to get snow, more often in the former than the latter. We didn't get snowed in or anything, but it was a foot deep at times.valerio wrote:I think we could cut off New Mexico, Texas, Arkansas and Mississippi

I'm reminded of something from an episode of Sabrina the Teenage Witch. Sabrina's aunt Zelda called someone a buffoon. Then her other aunt Hilda said, "When you're that buff, you can put up with a lot of oon."Vuk91 wrote:Seeing that buff, I dont even want to know how Jata will relieve the pain in his heart that's oncoming.

I have doubts that we'll ever know for sure... It's probably more like Spingfield. It's somewhere...
Lol! I did a map search for "Babylon" and the location I got for it was New York.Dissension wrote:It's not in New York.
