To be fair, "sarcasm" requires intent to inflict emotional pain. I'm rarely sarcastic, but quite often facetious, which has no such requirement.

Oh, the jealousy is speaking out of Grape? She sometimes is such a bad girl.

Maybe Tarot would be willing to take Grape and Max along to the Galifrax dimension. Or would it be to much work for her to look after three people not to get in trouble instead of only peanut, on whom she wanted to concentrate?
Not sure, if in that case there would be much fun left for Tarot...

I thought Tarot and The Spirit Dragon were one and the same, essentially meaning that SD is acting through Tarot and is really the one dating Peanut?

I don't think Tarot is a direct projection of Spirit Dragon any more than King is a projection of Pete. Rick explained the whole Avatar thing here:

I've always thought that Max, as a male cat, would make a very suitable foil for Tarot (since she's a female dog). Unfortunately Pete has waaaay too much invested in King to even try for another avatar.

Define "year." This arc might last several months in our time, but less than a day in Comic Time, especially since TP are going to another dimension. Or, when Pete said "year" did he mean cosmic time? (1000 years to a day and a day to 1000 years?)

You know, I really HATE today's strip, you know why?
Because it proves shows me once more that the characters have lives outside of what we can see inside the comic, that they have adventures, experiences, and interactions with characters that we may not only never see but also may never even get hinted at, and this strips just rubs that in my face and makes so very angry for missing all those thrilling adventures! I want to see more of their lives! I want to see the racoons scavenging through pile after pile of trash for apple hearts! I wanna see Joey's creepy friends role-playing alone in their roms! As I said above, the comic APPEARS to move in conjuction with ours, but in order to do that, it has to skip A LOT of the characters' antics!
Also, TheOne stroking his beard? I didn't know Neo had facial hair. : P

"p sure" is a shortened form of "pretty sure"

it's saying "I'm pretty sure grapes aren't a kind of date, Peanut" in response to Peanut saying "grape, it's just a date"

But, honest to God, I swear I had never, in my entire life, come across that abbreviature before, and I didn't understnd at all what the rest of the phrase was hinting at.

I like the big blue arrows in the second panel. Quite a nice color.... I am thinking the new color of my room?

I think this will be an alternate reality arc where Tarot just shows Peanut around and you get to see the characters being out of character.... like a popular Tiger, shy Fox, no King, and Grapenut.
