Sorry, I got Jin and Rhyme mixed up, deleted (though rats really don't trust any big carnivores).
What's a "novelist room"? The empty room is the owner's cabin, kept in the unlikely chance that Juan Acosta decides to leave Castillo Pato.
I'd think the rats would be used to the guns going off by now.

Bowsprint's not coming out while that nacacuani is around.
(Must be a different dialect, the dictionary I found has tlacotl as stick, and tlayacana as leader)

What language is that? It sounds like something Incan or from the Caribbean/Central American regions...

That's cool. *google google* I did not realise that people still spoke those kinds of languages. I was right about the area it comes from though - it's got that distinctive feel to it.

The owner's cabin is next to the captain's cabin in the stern-castle. The best cabins are at the back of the ship.
Let's say the owner's cabin is #5.
And will Pinch show up in time for Bowsprit to escape Tack?

That's the best I could find, but I'll keep my eyes out. I think the Impudence is bigger than that example, with four decks rather than three, that's how I pictured it anyway.
Edit:

Looking at it more closely, it's not that good a diagram. There's only one level to the stern-castle on the elevation, but it has two levels on the plan. It'll do as a rough guide, anyway.

Sorry for that short post. It was to let you determine how the chase sequence goes, Argent.
On an unrelated note, all sailors would know nautical directions, so here's a quick refresher:
Bow=front of the boat
Stern=rear of the boat
Port=left of the boat
Starboard=right of the boat
I'll put those up in my post at the top of this thread for quick reference.

I'm waiting to see if any cats (including ocelots) react to the rat's passage.

I think they might have to now that two of them have crashed into each other in front of them and a third is on the way.

Hey, this RP is going too fast for me, so when we get to port Abhay is going to be given to someone else to settle a dept, okay?

The way this is going, I think I need to drop Tackle's luck score significantly. Any objections?

And when you combine them with garlic and a hint of rosemary they become even more so.
I'm thinking Tack will be more of a comedic character if I drop his luck - this will also allow me to temper his temper and aggression a little. What do you guys think?

I've dropped his luck by 2 points down to 4 and bumped up his endurance in return. He's got to be able to endure a lot since he takes so many knocks.

Foxes are very much like cats in their food preferences and hunting style, so I wouldn't consider Tack safe.

Captain Palgrave doesn't have anything planned for you, Captain William Bandy of the rats does. That's fine, it's entirely reasonable that the human-sized crew doesn't know the rats have their own captain, and we can always use a bit of Three Stooges confusion while it gets cleared up.
Hotep the psychic wrote: "ayamo, ahzo tzoyoniz? tilacua?" blacks said back to Patrick eyes focused on the rat.

Maybe he should be saying "Itoca 'Rat'"? He's supposed to be giving "Pa-teek" lessons.

Uh. I'm pretty sure we should avoid character deaths. Not unless the player wants to really, really, really kill off there character.

And Bowsprit's idea of a lot of gold is, well, a six inch stack, That's way more than her weight in gold right there!.

Anyone oppose to a small time skip to sunset, so that I don't have to think of fillers between now and then.

Well Tack will need to get free or get eaten first, I reckon. I'd like to see how Gulley responds to Cedric too.

Sailing is pretty boring for humans as well, Rhyme, so dogs are expected to entertain and amuse their owners. And all the pets work on the cannon deck as "powder boys".
And there's your timeskip.
