Even after you blind yourselves, the image will still be burned into your mind and always visible in your darkened world. Just a happy though to leave you with.

The last thing you saw would be whatever you were looking at when each optic nerve was severed, yes?

That would not be nice, your last image being you gouging out your own eyes, memories of the pain always with you.... pure torture...

Perhaps....
On another note, My bathing day was switched recently to Monday, and now I have to wash like 14 or more dogs a day.... I dislike bathing dogs. Worst part of the job, heh.

When you said "bathing day," the first thing that came to mind is that you don't bathe daily. *giggles*
My dogs are complete spazzes when you try to give them baths.

Almost every dog is... they scratch, bite, freak out.... I have to trim nails and clean out ears too, so it can be quite dangerous at times. On dog tried to bite me not more than 7 times today! Cats are worse though.... Soooo much worse....

Re: Chat Thread 40: Where in the World is JeffCvt?
Thankfully, cats know how to clean themselves... no baths for them. Unless they get sprayed by a skunk. Better have some LOOOONG gardening gloves on in that case. Or even the gloves that allow a bird of prey to stand on your wrist without stabbing your arm.

Nope, owners pay for us to bathe their cats sometimes... we have to, and no gloves other than the thin little latex gloves...

Have you tried tying little booties to their feet? My mom did that when she had to wash her cat after she got in some motor oil.copper wrote:Nope, owners pay for us to bathe their cats sometimes... we have to, and no gloves other than the thin little latex gloves...

We don't do that because we have to clip the nails as well during the bath, and cats usually hate those little booties.

Re: Chat Thread 40: Where in the World is JeffCvt?
My dad usually does that kind of stuff himself... although maybe since our cat is 17-18 years old, she's more sedate and won't attack as much when he does clip her claws or something like that.
I'm willing to bet, though, that cats like getting clipped or bathed even less when they don't know the person who's bathing/clipping them...

Cute bat pictures. We only really bathe dogs and cats, though we have done mice, gerbils, and rabits. Also, we have a lot of wild animals that come in like fawns, peacocks, geese, beavers.... stuff like that. Had a fox once.

@Sleet and JakJak: Those bats are adorable!!!!
@copper: Man, washing all those animals must be frustrating! My dog doesn't mind his bath, which I'm thankful for every time he needs one.
@TheMobian:...Well you've changed a little...in a very hilarious way.
@Beagle: I quite like Japanese food, especially Japanese curry. It's better than Indian or Thai curry in my opinion. It's hard to get good Takoyaki, it usually comes out too tough and oily. Mostly it's just fun to order though because you know what it really is...
