We now have a last name for Kevin. fun.
at least he didn't tackle the vet.
at least he didn't tackle the vet.

I've always had the hope
That on the day I go to the vet
The doctor there will shake my paw, and say:
"You've done an awesome job Kevin!"

Re: Arc #60: Getting Physical
The question of a Housepets Olympics came up in the comments section. Peanut would win Competitive Cat Waking.
On screen: Grape asleep on the couch. Peanut suddenly looks around the corner and yells "Hey GRAPE!" and pulls head back around corner. Grape jumps up, looks around, goes back to sleep. Announcer: "Wow, he got 6 feet 4 inches on that jump. Here's the next contestant." Max looks around the corner "Hey KITTYWHISKERS!", pulls head back. Grape jumps up, looks around, goes back to sleep. Announcer: "Looks like Max only got 4 feet 5 inches on that one." Bino looks around the corner "YO, CAT!". Grape, who was only pretending to be asleep this time, grabs Bino's collar bringing him nose to nose with her and raises other paw with claws extended. Announcer: "Uhoh, looks like Team Good 'Ol Dogs Club will be scratched from this event."

Re: Arc #60: Getting Physical
It must be the muscle definition and the lack of vest, but Kev looks really REALLY naked, like disturbingly so.

Buff police dogs, the canine equivalent to the idealized "men in uniform". Poor Bino I guess that's another reason why he gets left behind by Sasha. So then what happens to Kevin during the winter Olympics?
Re: Arc #60: Getting Physical
I don't understand why people get annoyed by buff dogs?

Probably it's because they can break you in two with a slight squeeze.

the opposite of why I don't like non-buff dogs. because I could break them in two with a slight squeeze.Karlos wrote:Probably it's because they can break you in two with a slight squeeze.
Re: Arc #60: Getting Physical
Then we need to find a compromise. So we must have a dog... who is not skinny... but also not have that developed muscles? Is that possible?RandomGeekNamedBrent wrote:the opposite of why I don't like non-buff dogs. because I could break them in two with a slight squeeze.Karlos wrote:Probably it's because they can break you in two with a slight squeeze.

It's not that I'm annoyed but making them buff like that makes those dogs look more human than dog at times. Still no argument hereangelusbr wrote:I don't understand why people get annoyed by buff dogs?
Re: Arc #60: Getting Physical
Beauregard is the perfect name for Kevin. Gives him just that much more character.

Re: Arc #60: Getting Physical
for me, the only way a dog can't look like a human is an actual dog. The housepets animals are anthropomorfic (animals with human traits, like standing on two feet, having hands and be able to talk). I still fail to see how people want the housepets animals look less like humans and still be anthropomorfic, this nothing but a paradox.justacritic wrote:It's not that I'm annoyed but making them buff like that makes those dogs look more human than dog at times. Now it appears you filled your cup with gatorade. But instead of yellow gatorade, you used blue.

Kev's showing surprising constraint in not having tackled anything yet. Almost seems like he's compensating for something though... maybe he has a small car?

She tackles meals, the weather, love, and courtroom cases! But can she tackle Kevin's cinnamon toast crunch?!?

Love the competitive nature. At his best, always, is that not some kind of police dog code or something?
