Had work orientation this morning and I have to say that while I appreciate MSU's commitment to creating a safe work environment I think the 12 minute video on ladder safety was a bit over the top.
I think in Non-sequiturs

I'll say. How could someone talk for 12 minutes about how to properly use a ladder?

What not to do on a ladder:
-Feed your snail
-Make a sandwich
-Light candles
-Drink water
-Call your friend
-Karate chop the TV
-Shoot the breeze with the mailman

This is going to be QUALITY ENTERTAINMENT
To his credit, Lasseter's been involved to some extent with practically everything at Pixar, including directing the first two Toy Stories. I haven't seen Cars 2 yet, though, so I can't judge that, but I can say that Planes looks entirely unnecessary- when I first saw the trailer I assumed it was somebody making fun of Pixar for putting so many sequels into production all of a sudden.

Considering Cars was the worst Pixar movie until they made the significantly inferior Cars II, I'm concerned. They should let this franchise die before it even further destroys the reputation of Pixar.

I haven't either but I hear it was significantly worse than Pixar's other wonderful movies.

I personally liked Cars, but never saw the second movie.

But I do have to say, it didn't look as good as the first one based off of the advertisements I saw for it.

I was forced to watch the first Cars movie. It was terrible.
I can only imagine how bad Cars 2 would be.

Alls you need to know about Cars 2 is this, its Cars, mixed with a bad spy movie, international travel, and things that make no sense. Also, it is a waste of good voice actors.

I will admit, my opinion of Cars 2 is probably incredibly bias, because of 2 reasons, 1. the first movie was, um, okay. And 2. Pixar has made GREATNESS before, like Wall-E and the Toy Story movies (best trilogy ever) so, granted, its probably more okay than anything, but I am disappointed in Pixar. Also, Lary the Cable Guy is only sort of funny, and what Otaku said, I'm a sucker for spy movies, only reason I saw it.

ALSO! New James Bond movie out soon, I really hope its good, because I liked the other two, though I heard a lot of people complain about Quantum Of Solice.

I wouldn't hate Cars 2 at all if it just were below the admittedly hard to achieve high standard of their other films, but this wasn't in relation to a narrow set bad rather than in relation to the mainstream bad. Dreamworks bad. Soulless and stupid, not worthy to waste Pixar's hard-working staff on.

Johnny English is a parody of James Bond played by Rowan Atkinson.

Its honest, and true man, I mean, Pixar treats kids like they are smart and it is sort of a "Hey kids, stay away from that crap, here, have an interesting, well thought out, and engaging movie." Cars 2, is just, mediocre, and thats really sad when compared to their other movies.

I know Dreamworks get a lot of flak for various reasons (many of them valid), but I'd be hesitant to designate an entire level of bad-itude to their name. They've put out some great movies over the years.

I think "dreamworks bad" means that it would have even been bad for Dreamworks, not that it was so bad that it was on par with Dreamworks movies. Pixar bad is Dreamworks good, but Cars 2 was Dreamworks bad.

Man every little movement Rowan atkinson made was hillarious he is a funny guy.

Also I BELIEVE Johnny English was a remake of an older movie that stared someone else.
