Anyway, I've been hinking about Alicorns. Maybe they do or do not appear on the show, but those foreing comics usually have Hasbro's bless to put a new character mixed with the cast of MLP: FiM, no?
Which means, Hasbro is okay with more alicorns even if they ruin the story
Celestia: "take a look at my 4 year old cousin, I never mentioned before and also whose parents we'll never see nor their actual relationship with me."
Well, this whole multi alicorn thing CAN work if given proper thought. I just hope I'm wrong about how they are going to introduce new alicorns...
BTW, who gave "alicorns" the name "alicorn"? Hasbro? Faust? The Fanon? Or is it an actual mythological creature?

apparently, alicorn is a real term used for winged unicorns. here
I think alacorn as described in that article makes more sense.

Here, I'll put it in black so not everybody can see it.

At some point, Apple Bloom got sick and died. Only, she stuck around for a while as a ghost who only Scootaloo and Sweetie Belle could see because they were still kids, but Sweetie Belle never realized AB was a ghost until nearly the end of the story. At the end Apple Bloom finally accepted it was time to move on and went with her friends to the hospital where she died. There the voice of Celestia came and comforted them.

I really liked it. I thought the humor was pretty good, the dialogue was awkward at times, as expected, but mostly in a funny way. And there were actually a couple times where I lost it in a fit of laughter.

I loved Sweetie Belle in this episode (more than usual), and there was really nothing that I thought was done poorly. So, overall, it was a great episode for me. I'm still partially disappointed that it was about messing around with love potions ("poison", in this case), rather than an actual relationship between Cheerilee and Big Mac, but on the other hand, the episode gave a pretty strong message that the two are definitely pretty good friends, and I'm okay with that.

Edit: The exaggerated strength of BM and Cheerilee while they were under the spell was AWESOME. I cracked up when Cheerilee literally busted the door down at Sugarcube Corner. X3 And poor Berry Punch is gonna need to have her house towed back across Ponyville. Lol.

Well people have been asking for Big Mac to have more lines, so they got their wishes. Also someone made a good point that the CMC were basically acting like rough equivalent of fanfic shippers.

I'm sorry, but I don't count that as "Lines". He was on drugs (for the lack of better term).
The biggest disapointment of this episode was because there was no Big Mac development. There was some from Cherilee at the beggining, but when the C<C drugged them, instead of having an actual relationship (I wouldn't mind if Big Mac and Cherilee didn't want to be a couple by the end as long as they TALKED about it ONSCREEN). I also wouldn't mind the CMC trying to be matchmakers, but this episode was bad, to me (I hate all CMC centric episodes).

That episode was hilarious, in a horribly embarrassing kind of way. I always giggling almost the whole way through. The animation was great, very bouncy and full of energy. Also, after listening to Big Mac's...love talking, I've decided I don't want to hear him talking a lot EVER AGAIN. That was just creepy.

Something else though. I don't get why some people complain that Big Mac doesn't get character development. What exactly do they want? He's a calm, shy, hard-working stallion who doesn't speak unless it's important. What's wrong with the character he has now? Why have him change just for the sake of changing? Princess Celestia's character doesn't change throughout the course of these two seasons, and she's arguably a more central character than Big Mac.

And in other news, only one thought came to my mind when I saw that jelly pony: "What's wrong with your face!?"

Well, we all know about the main characters's personalities, so why have episodes about any of them? How about end the show right there since there is no story to be told about any other charcater since we all know everything there is to know about them?
When I heard this episode was going to be abut cherilee and Big Mac, I thought it would be really nice seeing them talking or at least trying to (hence Big Mac's shyness). The CMC could try push them together without drugging them. Either of the following endings would have been great ones:
1)Big Mac doing his best to be a good boyfriend for Cherilee and she also being an understanding pony gives him a chance and they started to date
or
2)Big Mac couldn't overcome his shyness and/or wasn't interested in Cherilee (Cherilee may also not like Big Mac as a boyfriend), so they decided to just stay friends.
I don't want to sound like an annoying person, but the let downs I'm having with this season are making me wonder if I want to continue to be a fan of the show or not. The season 2 has good episodes, but no great ones (they have one or two great MOMENTS per episode, but no really good episode from beggining to end like season 1 had)
