Chuck Norris is meh. Nothing too special, a lot of people fought in wars and a lot of people were actors and a lot of people practice martial arts.

I love zombies (which is good since I'm apparently a zombie now)
Making a zombie movie has been a dream of mine for a few years now.

I hate to say it, but I despise anything zombie related. Very creepy and disturbing, very overdone, nothing really good in em. ^^; It feels very desecrating.

But true, I know nothing of why Chuck Norris is special. I actually have never seen any of his movies, but I am quite sure Jackie Chan does it better either way. I wonder why Chuck got all of those jokes? I heard he dislikes them.

Have you checked out George Romero's movies?
They actually have decent acting and do a pretty good job of making a social commentary.
Though if gore isn't your thing you'll hate them, he has some great gore effects

Chuck Norris is a very talented martial artist who is not entirely terrible at acting. He got roles because of the former, not the latter.

That said, he's a bit older and more out of shape now.

I do have to slightly edit my chuck norris hate
I just remembered that he was a pretty bad mo-fo on Enter the dragon.

However, it's not a coincidence that his best role is one with almost no dialougue :P

That's just the Chuck Norris look-alike meant to distract us from the real Chuck Norris working behind the scenes of the universe. He hates them because we're seeing through the ruse.

again, fake Norris.

the fake him is a horrible actor. that's why we've seen through the trickery.

Allow me to explain from my interpretation. In the not so bad T.V show Walker Texas Ranger Chuck Norris could solve any problem with little to no help. Usually he'd use martial arts to kick people into submission, go undercover, or foil a bank robbery single handed. I think its this show making him UNKILLABLE and the fact he could solve anything that led to some of these jokes.

Yes very good, never did like the zombie that could run because nothing is more terrific than a track and field zombie.

Chuck is seen as 'special' for a few reasons but the biggest one is that he was a 'early' internet meme that like all memes got tiresome quickly.
However like all memes, it lives on in some fashion at some time or the other.

I don't know. I've always been a hardcore Bruce Lee fan. That man was incredible. Did you know that for the majority of his films, they had to use a slow motion camera to capture his movements? And his physical abilities were astonishing. He could bicep curl 70 to 80 pounds, three sets of eight repitions. Also, in a speed demonstration, Lee could snatch a dime out of a person's open palm before they could close it, and leave a penny behind. This man is my physical role model.

But Chuck Norris was pretty good in Walker-Texas Ranger. That was a fun show to watch.

I always wondered why Chuck Norris was a more popular meme than Bruce Lee. I've heard one hundred Chuck Norris jokes, but the only Bruce Lee joke I heard was about how he beat Chuck.

Agreed. But, what he lacked in acting he made up for in philosophy and martial arts...

Also, have you seen Enter the Dragon? If you look closely, one of the "goons" that attack him is Jackie Chan.

His movies are enjoyable. But one thing always makes me rage. Bruce Lee worked on a project called Game of Death, he never got to finish it so after his death a friend of his decided to finish it for him, now thats cool and all. Now the problem is that the look alike didn't look like Bruce, he couldn't act, and the Careme Abdual Jabar look alike didn't like like Kareme. Now, the last half hour or so is awesome and is the only part Bruce Lee filmed with himself and the real Kareme Abdual Jabar, it also is where that iconic yellow track suit is from. The main thing that makes me rage is that they have footage from Bruce Lee's funeral that's just bad in taste. Now, what makes me rage MORE is they made a Game of Death 2! WHY!
