well no, but I fused it to his skin. Yeho used magic to do that, I transferred my shape-shifting to combine the collar and his flesh.

But fusing with the skin actually makes it painful to tug, my magic only makes it annoying, like when there is a knot in a jacket sleeve and you're trying to slip your arm in by force.
