This forum should have incentives for high post count. Like once you have a certain number of posts, you're allowed to ban people with lower post counts.

I've just barely reached 4,600 and I've been here much longer! Post count is far less important than post quality. If we ever get around to cleaning out The Dead Thread Bed, a lot of people will be hit hard. x3

I guess a slower thread is better than single word posts.
Good thing I reminded myself to come back here to say hi, I thought I would've forgot to do that.
I'll try to visit every once in a while, not really everyday like I used to, but occasionally to say hello and see what's going on.

Instead of just people posting "hi" to raise post count. It's not like you get higher membership depending on your post count.

People still think it makes them cooler to have a big post count. They see the popular, good posters who have been around for a long time and their large post counts and they kind of get the causal relationship backwards. In their minds anyway.

Technically, I have way more posts than this, It's just that, for the longest time after I joined, I only posted in forum games. My posts didn't start going up until the Chat Thread got moved to the regular Not the Comic section.
