So I guess this is how art is interpreted. Okay...
Peanut's expressions as the student are awesome. Love how Grape is the professor!

To be honest, I don't understand the humour here at all.
That still didn't stop me laughing at the last panel for some reason o.O

Either Grape and Peanut shrank down and went to Paris or that's a copy of the Mona Lisa, because the real thing is actually pretty small,

Wait, what kind of museum are Peanut and Grape at? Either they went to France or they have a copy of the Mona Lisa.

You know what I say they are at 'The Infinite Museum With All Art Ever So Rick Can Make A Point'
Edit: This suddenly made me think of something there should be a one off (or a short arc maybe) about Fox and Peanut going to The Library of Congress (or an equally as huge Library, maybe one the Ferrets set up or something.) I wonder how fast Peanut and Fox could get though the books in there?

I can't quite put my finger on it, but something tells me Rick doesn't care for English teacher/professors. Passive-aggression, yay~!
That said, I agree with the sentiments expressed in panel one =P

I like this one-off since it's much different than the rest.
I don't know much about the history of art since the school of art i took at high school and college really didn't teach much other than the committed are the ones that are the real artists. but what makes a good artist? to me, Art is about expression. If someone worked hard enough on one paint for the rest of their life, could they make it so good that it would grab the attention of viewers?
Also, the first panel is a ant.

I kind of wonder should we consider this One off to be Canon to the rest of the Comic? (since its kind of just Rick Ranting here)

Sure it could. Including a rant into a story can happen. Some of the other comics do the same.

I didn't know the canon really was that continuous outside of the story arcs. Does it really matter which one-offs are canon?

I'm pretty sure the one-offs are exclusively canon. The arcs are just fillers, really.

I'm pretty sure all of the one-offs are canon except that political comic parody one he did, and technically the valentine card ones. I'm just wondering if this one is like that one. Also I think Rick said that one-offs are canon at some point.

In general, unless otherwise told, I'm placing all one offs as cannon. I'm pretty sure this has been discussed before somewhere.

Housepets! is not the most cohesive canon in the world, but I assume it's all canon unless there's a contradiction, in which case I'll trust a story arc over a one-off.
That or I'll just bug Rick about it until he gives me a satisfactory answer.

Daisy appears in Arcs, while so far, Duchess has only been in a one-off. there's a difference. maybe.

Tarot is not a dragon, she's a dragon's avatar. unless you mean Tarot isn't smart and her only intelligent moments are when the dragon is in control.

We must include her. There are so few females around, and she offers quite the rational perspective. Like a female Fox.
Like the new update. Sasha is pretty naive, huh?

I hereby nominate Laxan to play the part of Duchess in the Radio Show.

I very possibly could be developing a character crush in the future. Hopefully we see more from this Duchess.
Haven't you guys ever heard, characters with names can't die because they're recurring NPCs?
The title refers to the daytime TV program right? That's clever

I approove of this new chick.
Mostly becuase whenever I talk about the comic with Ein he almost always brings up "Why is every girl dog in this comic dumb except the Pomeranian" Which is pretty much true becuase we only had 3 and one can only say her name the other... well she's Sasha.
Also anyone else notice the more curvy feminine body. It makes her look more mature.
