Ask Rick!
>Do you have an accent? (I used to have one, but I lost it when we left GA, but I could get another if I move to MN don'cha kno!)
>Do you consider yourself a furry?
>What do you plan on doing after college?
>Do you attend furry conventions, or plan on doing so?
>Do you plan on selling Housepets! in print?
EDIT: I changed the title of the thread from "Questions for Rick" to "Ask Rick!" to get more people involved. The purpose of this thread is so that we can ask Rick questions and discuss those answers so that we can learn more about the guy behind the comic. Please stay on this topic. Make sure your questions are sane and important. Don't just ask to ask, it should be something that we can actually learn from. Also, please respect the answer you are given.
It is likely that some questions will be ignored, so if you ask it once and you get no answer, just remember that Rick has a lot of other important things to do (like Housepets!) than devote all of his time trying to answer everything.

Re: Questions for Everyone:
This thread has been hijacked by Centurio Stephanus Magnus Stultus. I have numbered my responses. Feel free to continue interrogating one another!
1. My accent is Midwestern, about as neutral as they come.
2. Yes.
3. I dunno!
4. Only if I'm meeting someone.
5. Not currently!

Re: Questions for Rick:
I'd say that Diss actually answered all those questions right, save for #2, which I think can really only be answered by the REAL Rick Griffin! XD

I always thought Dissension was Rick's little brother or something until I was told otherwise.

That's because it was on this board!
. . .
And no, Dissension isn't related to me, but he sure acts like a little brother, doesn't he?

Re: Questions for Rick:
I recently got it commissioned from Kacey Miyagami
Okay okay I'll answer the other questions
>Do you have an accent?
Everyone has an accent, silly. Mine is US Midwestern, but still
>Do you consider yourself a furry?
Maybe
>What do you plan on doing after college?
I dunno
>Do you attend furry conventions, or plan on doing so?
I have attended two and a half but I'm not sure now that I particularly like it
>Do you plan on selling Housepets! in print?
Is a potential project still!

I'm not sure how to respond to that. *tilts head*rickgriffin wrote:And no, Dissension isn't related to me, but he sure acts like a little brother, doesn't he?
At least people will stop getting us confused. (Yes, for those who are unaware, this has actually happened.)
Also Rick's avatar is cute, isn't it? *laughs*

I really can't describe mine. I've lived in the Southeast, West (is Wyoming the Midwest?) and now live in the Northeast.rickgriffin wrote:I recently got it commissioned from Kacey Miyagami

Also, yes, some of my family in MN actually do sound like people from Fargo, but they are few and far between.
Oooh, and still we don't get an answer to the most important question. Clever. Though there might be an inference to your FA account (btw I still love your kangaroo mother picture, it makes me think a lot about the value of family).rickgriffin wrote: >Do you consider yourself a furry?

I would have said the exact same thing.rickgriffin wrote:>What do you plan on doing after college?

There are many sites that would help, like Lulu and what not.rickgriffin wrote:>Do you plan on selling Housepets! in print?

Sorry I didn't PM this. I should have, and really wasn't thinking straight. I actually thought it would be good to let others know more about you. Also thanks for answering, I appreciate that.
Also nice Avvy.
