Well that was unexpected. The spider is kind of... yeah.

Streak really can't just fly over it? I mean the ship should be able to go straight up in the air.

The chief really isn't thinking is he? If the ship is destroyed and Streak dies, how are they going to rebuild the ship?

Very nice update, Hopper! Very exciting!

Chapter 4 Part 18

Streak moaned as he opened his eyes. He tried to pull himself out of the small console he was jammed into. Peanut was laid on top of him with his head stuffed into his chest.
"Uggh....P-...Peanut?"
Peanut didn't answer.
"Peanut??" Streak said louder as he gently pushed Peanut off of him and onto the ground that they were laying on.
He rubbed his hands across Peanut's body. His heart was still beating and he had no broken bones.
"Thank goodness...Grape?" He said as the sound echoed into the ship. He couldn't see anything, for all the smoke had covered them in a giant cloud of dust.
"She's fine." Deirdre's voice said from behind the dust.
"Deirdre? What about you? Are you okay??" Streak asked as he slowly stood up.
"Yeah. No broken bones...I just...Want to get out of here." She replied.
"That makes two of us, Now, Stay here."
"O-Okay...Y-You can fix it, right?" She asked trying to look at Streak through the smoke.
Streak waved his hand around trying to clear the dusk and ash that was soaring through the air.
"Yeah, I can. I'll need five minutes." Streak said as he slowly stumbled to what he thought was the door.
"Um, I-I'll just stay her and make sure that they don't get hurt..." Deirdre said petting her tail gently.
Streak fell out of the door and coughed quietly. He quickly jumped up and brushed himself off.
"Where are you?" He mumbled as he looked around, dust covering everything.
Suddenly, one of the spider's legs shot into the ground next to Streak.
"C-Crud!" Streak said jumping back.
The spider lifted his leg, ready to strike again.
"Eep!" Streak yelled as he dived behind the ship, that was smashed into the ground.
The leg drove toward Streak. He could feel the leg touch his tail.
Streak rolled across the ground and rested his back onto the ship's back.
"T-That was close." Streak said to himself wide-eyed.
He quickly turned around and slapped the ship. A metal plate fell of from the ship, reveling the alien electronics.
"Okay, Okay, Okay..." Streak mumbled as he placed his hands on the many wires and lights.
Streak's hands flew over them. He pressed a red bubbly button three times after rearranging the wires. The ship jolted forward, and started to hover out of the ground.
"Yes, Yes, Yes!" Streak said running toward the front of the ship.
He jumped through the door right before the ship left the ground. The spider's leg smashed in front of the door.
"Y-Yikes!" He said closing the door with a button on his wristband.
"A-Are you okay??" Deirdre asked looking at Streak.
Streak turned around to face her. She was laying on the ground with Grape laying against her.
"Here..." Streak started as he pushed a button on the ship. He quickly typed a few things on the ship and there was a giant jolt forward. Streak sighed and walked over to them.
"Let me help." He finished smiling.
She smiled back as Streak knelt next to her. Grape yawned and stretched as she started to awake. She smiled and slowly opened her eyes. She looked at Streak then at Deirdre.
"Am I interrupting something?" Grape asked raising an eyebrow.
"W-What? No?!" Streak said blushing.
Deirdre smirked and pushed Grape onto her feet. Grape quickly caught her balance and looked at them.
"Wait, Where are we? Where is Peanut??" She asked looking stressed.
"Hey, Hey. Relax. We got away. I hope we're in space. And, Peanut is over there." Streak said pointing across the ship.
She quickly ran other to where he pointed and tried to get him to awake.
"Hey now. Are you really okay?" Streak said kneeling next to Deirdre.
She was still laying down.
"My foot hurts like crazy." Deirdre said brushing a hand on her front left leg.
"Let me have a look." Streak said gently placing a hand on her leg.
She tensed up slightly. He started to rub on her leg gently.
"Ow..." She mumbled trying to be quiet.
"Sorry. Just a sec." Streak said still rubbing.
"Okay...So, How long have you been traveling with Peanut and Grape?" She asked looking up at his face.
"Hmm. Three weeks, I believe." Streak replied staring at her foot as he rubbed.
"Mm. Been to a lot of places?"
"Meh, This and that. I think I've taken them to about four or five trips."
"I see. Good friends?"
"Yeah. I've known them for a long time."
"I see. Do you...Ever get time to yourself?" She said smiling slightly.
"Yes, why do you ask?" Streak asked smirking.
"Oh, No reason..." Deirdre said quietly as she placed a hand on his chin.
He blushed lightly as she pulled his chin up and started to lean in to kiss him.
"Streak!" Grape yelled from across the ship.
Deirdre and Streak both jumped and looked at her.
"U-Um, Yes Grape?" Streak said as Deirdre removed her hand and slowly moved her head back.
"Peanut's wakin' up." Grape said kneeling next to Peanut who was rubbing his eyes.
"Good. Err...Just a second." Streak said looking back down as he rubbed her leg.
Deirdre sighed and fiddled with her fingers.
"Almost got it..." Streak mumbled gently running his claws across her scales on her feet.
Deirdre smiled a bit.
"That feels a lot better." She said smiling.
"There. Done." Streak said slipping his hand off her leg.
"Thanks, hun." Deirdre said looking at her leg.
"Wait, What did you call me?" Streak said looking at her as he stood up.
"Um, Streak. I called you Streak."
"Um...Right."
There was an awkward silence between all of them.
"Wait, W-What happened to the spid-" Peanut started as he stood up.
"We ran away." Grape said simply.
"Wha- I'm sorry. I guess I'll just go back and-" Streak started as he placed a paw on a lever that was sticking out of the ship.
"I was joking." Grape said with a sigh.
"I know." Streak removed his paw with a snicker.

Chapter 4 Part 19

-Mystery Planet-10:34 am-
Streak's ship slowly landed, still with the giant dent in the side. The landing gear was busted up fairly well so the it shook slightly as it landed. The planet was huge and beautiful. Fresh green grass as far as the eye could see, blue waters, red and yellow fruit on the trees that swayed in the light breeze. The ship's door slowly opened as almost fell off as it did. Streak stepped out first with Deirdre following close behind him.
"Wow..." She started as she stepped onto the grass. "It's lovely."
Streak smiled and nodded.
"Mm. It's your home world."
"Oh, Gosh...This'll be weird..."
"Hey, Relax. Your kind is known for their intelligence."
"Intelligence? Really?"
Streak smiled and nodded again.
"So, um." Deirdre started as she turned around to face Streak.
"Yes?" Streak said tilting his head slightly.
"Will I get to see you again?" She asked as he eyes sparkled.
"Of course. I have a bad habit to come back to where ever I've been before."
"That doesn't sound so bad..." Deirdre said smiling.
Streak smiled back.
"You know..." She said as she walked circles around Streak. "The chief ran a blood test on me once, and her said that I'll live for over five thousand years."
Streak nodded.
"Yeah..."
"And, Well, Earth cats live about, what. Twenty years?"
"Roughly, yes...Why?"
Deirdre looked at him smiling.
"Well...If, you know....She err...passes....I'll be here..."
"I know what you mean, and as far as I'm concerned, Most of my close friends don't pass." Streak said smirking.
"Right....Still..." She said looking down.
"I know."
"Well, I should be off and get somewhere to stay for the night." Deirdre said looking back up.
"Yes. We should, uh, get going as well. Here. This'll help a lot." Streak said handing her a small metal card without any labels.
"Thanks, Streak." Deirdre said taking it.
She hugged him. He blushed a little, but hugged back smiling.
"Hey, Lovebugs!" Grape said leaning in the doorway of the ship.
Streak blushed and scratched the back of his head as Deirdre took a step back.
"We'll visit often, Deirdre!" Peanut started waving, standing behind Grape. "Right, Streak??"
"Um,-"
Deirdre giggled.
"Bye-Bye, You two."
Deirdre smiled as she watched Streak walk into the ship. He waved one last time as the door slide shut. The ship lifted in the air, and flew off.

Ah, end? Well, it was a good run. I loved that ending.

Deirdre will live for that long? Wow, wish that could happen here.

Nice couple updates, but if Deirdre's people are nice and known for their intelligence, couldn't Streak get their help to fix his ship before they leave?

In a word, Yes. Streak could be considered cheap. But, He is willing to pull large amounts of money to pay for items for people, like Midnight, that he loves. So, Yes. He really does.

Chapter 5 Part 1 (Pit Stop)

--Small Floating Asteroid-Present Time--
Streak's ship sat on the asteroid as it floated through the deeps of space. Streak typed on one of the many keyboards in is ship. He quickly jumped up and ran to the door.
"Woah, Wait." Peanut said walking in front of him.
"What?" Streak asked tilting his head.
"You can't go out there! You'll either suffocate or float off into nothingness."
"What? Oh, No, It's okay." Streak said smiling and shaking his head.
"Wait, It is?"
"Yeah, I've got a Gravitational Field Creator." Streak explained nodding.
Peanut tilting his head and raised an eyebrow. Grape walked behind Peanut and looked at Streak from over his shoulder.
"...What?" Streak asked trying to slip past them both.
"What did you just say? But, in English this time." Grape said smiling slightly.
"Oh...Right. Well, It basically creates a field of gravity and oxygen around the ship."
"Oh, Awesome...So we can go out there?" Peanut asked stepping aside.
"Oh, Yeah...Just..." Streak started as he lowered his voice. "Don't stray to far from the ship..."
Streak pushed a button on his wristband and stepped out onto the surface of the asteroid. Peanut slowly pressed his foot onto it and stepped outside with Grape following close behind.
"Woah..." Peanut said as he looked out at space itself.
Grape stayed closely behind him staring over his shoulder.
"It may take awhile for it to err....'sink in' with you." Streak said causally walking to the damaged side of the ship.
He quickly tapped a button on his band and yawned. A small metal stick slide out from the side of the band and he tapped the ship with it.
"Hmm...This'll take longer then I first thought...Feel free to look around, but as I said. Try to stay into the field."
Peanut quickly glanced at Streak then looked back at the space. "Right, Uh, How do we know where the field is?"
"You'll feel a strong pull when you get near the edge." Streak said as he knelt next to the ship with the small tool.
"Got cha'..." Grape said slowly sitting on the surface of the asteroid.
Peanut plopped next to her. They could see two planets in the distance. One was green the other was a dark pink. Grape smiled and they both gazed at the planets.
"Do you have a camera?" Peanut whispered to Grape smiling.
"Pff! No. Maybe Streak does..." She replied.
"I'll ask. Hey, Streak? Do you have a ca-"
"Why do you need one? It's not like these planets are going anywhere." Streak said with out looking at him.
"Wait-" Grape started as she pointed at the planets. "Wait-Wait-What's this?"
Streak stood up and tilted his head as both him and Peanut look where she was pointing. The two planets were moving. It wasn't the moving asteroid. They were defiantly moving closer to each other!
"Um..." Streak said tilting his head slightly.
The two planets soon were touching. But, they didn't stop! They both started to collide with each other. There was a loud booming sound and pieces of both planets started to slowly float away. Streak's eye twitched and he took a step forward. The two planets were soon just floating rubble.
"That's not good..." Streak noted rubbing his fingers together.

Chapter 5 Part 2

Streak blinked a few times after both the planet had collided.
"T-That...Wasn't supposed to happen..." He said taking a few steps back.
"Uh..." Peanut said looking at Streak.
"Come on." Streak said running into his ship that is still half broken.
"W-Wait!" Grape said standing up. "Where are you going?"
"Where do you think? Over there!" Streak said gesturing toward the many rocks and pieces of what used to be two planets.
"There isn't much to go to." Peanut said standing up with Grape and walking into the ship.
"There will be."
"How do you know?" Grape said as the door closed behind her.
Streak grinned and started to type on a keypad.
"Because it was there five minutes ago."
The ship started to lift off the ground and started to spin. It soon stopped spinning and fell back onto the asteroid.
"...What just happened?" Peanut asked looking at Streak.
"We just traveled through time." Streak said answered grinning.
"Wow, That was um, fast." Grape said scratching her head.
"Of course, It's a time machine." Streak said pulling a lever on a control panel.
"Oh, Right." She said looking over her shoulder. "What are you doing now?"
Streak grinned and pushed a button.
"I think, That if we go to the planets before the collision we might be able to find out why they collided."
"So...What do you mean?" Peanut asked.
"I mean, that we're going to the planets."
The ship lifted into the air and it jerked forward.

--AblifQwen(Dark Pink Planet)-Five Days Before the Accident--
The planet's surface was a dark pink color. It's color could almost be mistaken for a red. There was lots of water. Lakes, rivers, oceans. Everywhere. Across the very many bodies of water there was a large piece of land. It was about the same size as Canada. The ship slowly flew above the surface of the planet. It stopped, floating above the large land area. As the ship started to float down to land, it suddenly jerk down and crashed into the ground. The door slide open and Streak tumbled out.
"Streak!" Grape yelled walking after her. "You really need to learn how to drive."
"I do know how! The ship is pretty banged up." Streak stretched as he walked a few steps forward.
Peanut walked out after Grape.
"That was err...Quite the landing." He said rubbing the back of his head.
"Here we are. Now, we have five days to try and figure out how this planet, here." Streak started holding up a fist with one hand. "Collided with this one, here." Streak finished holding up another fist.
Streak pushed his two fist together so they were clasped together.

Chapter 5 Part 4

Streak looked around. He just noticed that he was in the middle of a huge city. Tall buildings cast shadows down onto them. He was in what looked like a park. There were small children of different races running around and playing on the climbing structure. Peanut walked over to Streak as a child ran past them. Grape was behind Peanut.
"So what do we do now?" Peanut asked watching the kids.
"We must find out if this planet had any enemies..." Streak answered.
"Don't you think that this could have been natural causes?" Grape asked looking up at the light blue sky.
"What natural cause pulls two planets together?"
"Wow, this place looks a lot like Earth." Peanut said looking around.
"No. Earth looks a lot like this place." Streak said rolling his eyes.
"Um, What's the difference?" Peanut asked looking back at Streak.
"Huh? Oh, I don't know." Streak said smirking.
"Now, we have three days to se-"
"We know." Both Grape and Peanut said walking toward a group of buildings.
"Wha- Hey, Where are you guys going?" Streak said following them.
They all walked around looking for something or someone that will help them. Many crowds passed them as they all stood lost in the crowds. Someone bumped into Streak.
"Oh, Sorry." She said as she walked away.
Streak nodded to her as a way of saying 'It's fine'.
"We need to get out of this crowd." Streak said slipping between a few people.
Peanut and Grape followed him. They couldn't answer. All the other people's talking would just block it all out. Streak slowly walked out of the crowd and into a store.
"Phew..." Streak said watching Peanut and Grape slip into the doors of the store.
"Wait, Where are we?" Peanut said looking around.
"Oh, um, I guess we're in an-" Streak started.
"Apple Store?!" Grape said looking at the rows of counters with iPads and iPods laid across them.
"No way." Peanut said rubbing his paw across his eyes. "Why do they have an Apple Store here?"
"I don't know! Other species want iPhone, too!" Streak said shrugging.
"Wait," Grape started looking at one of the iPads on display. "Is Steve Jobs an alien??"
"What?? No! Steve Jobs is not an alien!" Streak said walking next to Peanut.
"How much is-" Peanut started.
"Um, don't look at the prices. They won't pay for the medical bill if you lose consciousness or die." Streak said smirking.
Peanut rolling his eyes smiling.
"May I help you?" Asked a friendly voice from behind.
Streak turned around to face a black dog. He was smiling. It was slightly surprising for Peanut and Grape to see an animal on a different planet, but they didn't say anything.
"Um, Yes." Streak said grinning.
"Well, before you make a finale choice I should add that the iPad 2 is on sale for-"
"Yes, Yes. That's nice. Do you have a mayor or president? Or someone who's in charge of this place?" Streak said still grinning.
The dog looking confused.
"Um, Okay?"

AAAHHHHHH!!!!! A mirror world. The ones who destroyed that planet were really after Earth! They need top go back and inform everyone! Disaster!! DISASTER!!!!!

*Ahem* Now that the panic has subsided, I must say, what a good update, Hopper. Pets are equals here, huh? Perhaps Grape and Peanut might want to stay?

But...They're peaceful! Just like the small moon they went to! xD

It's a mirror world, Hopper. I am sure there are doppelgangers of everyone there... You could borrow games and such from them!

No, you see, Streak wouldn't have a Doppelganger on this world, since he is from another planet. In this sense a mirror world means a world completely identical to our own, with only slight differences. The basics are the same, but some of the more subtle things have been altered. Like animals being equal to humans. Since there is only One Streak, that would mean that the doppelgangers of Peanut and Grape are still there, and have not had the opportunity to travel with Streak. Knowing Streak, however, he has probably made a point of meeting the doppelgangers.
