So I go to sleep, and when I wake up, I see SO MANY posts by two new roleplayers, meaning that I first have to check out their characters! What is WRONG with you people?!

. I love lots of posts, and it was a very interesting read. I like Pepper more, though

. But we finally have another female dog! Now we have three... one of them being a pup.

I am going away for about a week, as is Kalvin. I made a final post and since the current importance of my character I give permission for others to use him to advance the story until we're done with this day. This will also help move things along. For general behavior, he will do whatever he can to help and doesn't fully understand how dangerous the whole situation is. Also keep in mind that if you do control him that he is illiterate.

Apparently, if people become inactive in Richardson Valley, their slots become open for other people. Three people became inactive; therefore, Laxan, Kaido, and I have been allowed to fill their open slots. Barring the event that someone else in Richardson Valley starts idling, there are now no more open slots, and newbies will once again go to Radiant Gardens (or to a third neighborhood altogether, if Radiant Gardens also fills up).

Isn't Toasty like massively busy with living in reality or something weird like that? It's probably up to Buck or the next-in-command of the roleplay to determine when a person's out.

Due to these circumstances, Teh has given me gracious permission (via PM) to control his characters for the time being. I went through the effort of searching this thread for his characters' sheets, and saving them to my computer for my future reference. I plan to study Teh's posts carefully to learn the fine art of typing a heavy Scottish accent for O'Connor, and as for Tory. . . being a cardinal who doesn't have an accent should hopefully be easier.

But yeah -- for the sake of everybody involved, I promise to not butcher Teh's characters too badly, if I ever work up the nerve to use them at all.

(Trust me -- I'd never make up something like a fellow Texan giving me temporary reign over fictional characters. I would never ask for it, much less take it without permission! *laughs*)

Half of me wants to get back to homework, and half of me wants this arc to go out with a fight scene or something...feels like it's wrapping up just a bit too fast. Hmmhmmhmm, I know how I can slip something in there if you'd like me to do so. Perhaps, basically it would be just more description to the chaos going on around...but...yay or nay? Quick now I'm on a break, and I have to get back to math...

Appearance: Stevie is mostly brown with a black spot on her back that stops at her sides, it keeps going down until about halfway down her tail. She is large for her species and collarless. Wearing a big black coat that covers her entire body, (along with hood)

Personality: Stevie is a natural leader was born in the same city of Amelia. While not a brat, she gets just about anything she asks for...or getting it by pure force. her high intelligence is meant for tactics and strategy. She is known to be very good at talking to people for information and is very calming. (when she needs to) She is also tough from living on the same streets as Amelia and used to be a leader of a city pack.

I was preparing to write Brian's second in-character post, so that when the new day begins, I'll be ready, when I realized that my knowledge of the logistics of being a Housepets!-style pet are quite unknown to me. It's clear from this comic that Peanut and Grape regularly eat pet food. Also, King is fed offal as though that's just a part of being a pet as opposed to being a human named Joel, so I would infer that pets just eat pet food, and if human food, such as chocolate-covered espresso beans gets consumed by a pet, then it's just a one-off occurrence.

Also, what would a pet's morning routine entail? I want the post to involve Brian going outside, and as an anthro pet, I assume he can handle doorknobs himself, but normal pets have to use doggie doors or rely on their owners to open doors for them. Does Brian have to wake up his parents to have breakfast, or can he fix it himself (even if it is pet food)? I mean. . . blah. For a Housepets! fanboy, I sure know little about the universe in which the characters live. :[

Then again, ArgentFlame says his character Cier acts very human and not very pet-like, eating human food, so maybe Brian can, too. But I dunno.

Edit: I had another epiphany. I have stated that Brian lives just east of Pyxis (and just west of Jack) on this map. According to Brian's first IC post, he looked out a window and saw a sunset. So he was looking west. . . towards his next-door neighbor Pyxis's house. I'm not sure how easy it is to see a sunset in that kind of a circumstance; do I have to retcon something? I refuse to change where the Dewitts live, because I'd like Dylan's characters to be among the first Brian meets; do I have to edit the part out about the sunset? :O Maybe Brian's house is taller than Pyxis's house. . . .
