Hello, large group of people. My name is Kirby Pereira, also known online as Fokson. I am fairly poor at the game of social interaction, so my participation in conversations and such will probably be sparse unless someone drags me in. I ended up joining the forums by recommendation, so yeah, who knows. Maybe I'll be more than dead weight.

Probably not.

I've set a goal for myself to further my artistic ability (which is fairly close to rock bottom right now), and by an incident of random chance, I stumbled upon the comic here, which I was surprised to find is the exact art style I've wanted to learn since I started trying to draw. So I figure a good grounds for practice on such a thing would be to try emulating the style and making a spin-off or some such thing (aka fancomic, I guess -.-).

As previously mentioned, I am not the most self-motivated person you'll ever meet (partially to blame for this is the fact that I have 24 hours in a day and 36 hours of things I have to do a day) so there's a chance that this idea will never so much as get off of the ground... but if it does, maybe you guys could help me improve with criticism and/or support.

It's up to you, I suppose.

I'm going to cut myself off here, though, because I have a very bad habit of starting to write and then never stopping, and if I lose track of time I'll end up writing an auto-biography. See you all later. =)
