It's some fan work based off the "Warrior's" books (which admittedly I've never read). I only found it by clicking a related link on a Scott Falco video.

I'm a tad confused on what you did to make the video. I mean, obviously you added the song, but is that it?

Well, I didn't do much other then what I needed to to do.

Add a transition. Add a title. Add an effect. Add a music track. Split a video track. Make it a persuassive advert.

I'll admit I didn't try that hard, and it's more or less just me playing Tekken 3 a little while adding the opening as well.
