If I hit someone with a dictionary is that physical, or verbal assault?

I tell them that you were the one who had the idea of removing the tracker in the Pokémon Go update instead of fixing it, then the Pokémon Go players start beating up you.

You are made to sneeze via pepper, while in the vicinity of a loud but lazy dog, who starts barking causing a construction worker to be startled and knock a tree onto a nearby car, pulling down a power line in the process, which causes a fault in the trap door beneath the mailman down the road, who's panicked motions set off a car-alarm on an adjacent vehicle startling a rabid racoon who proceeds to bite you. the bite isn't bad but the doctor who treats it is an absolute quack and gives you the wrong needle. you die of an adrenaline-overdose induced heart attack.
