I had the worst set of continual headaches last weekend. Simply walking into my room would make me feel like my head had a tight band around it that suddenly got really tight. I think they may have been caused by the way my head rested on my pillows while I slept.

Today I had the worst headache and with allergy season on the rise! Man My head felt like it would crack open! I just stuff my head in the freezer and for some reason I feel a lot better!

See, drinking cold water never helps for me and at one point when my head wasn't too bad I was out at the grocery store and it was freezing cold in there, then when I returned to normal outside temperature my head suddenly got heaps worse so I have no idea what doing that would have done to me.
