Drawing legs like that is difficult and i can't get the hand of them ether, and the fact it is your first time you did pretty great. But a quick question, do you draw out a "skeleton" for your figures first or just start out drawing them fully?

You should try sketching out quick skeletons for your characters. They tend to help form out the character and make them look less awkward, and they also lead to stronger poses and stuff.

You can can only improve if you see your shortcomings and work to surpass them. And if you want to draw better, draw from life.

On a different note a friend of mine is working on her own flash RPG and came up with some cool character designs. This is a fan art of her summoner that uses jewelry to summon stuff. Her designs are much better and detailed. The dress on hers is all embroidered.
