Impressive work Krytus! I struggle a lot with drawing body forms, proportions and perspective are so hard to get right, this seems a good approach.

Hey, thanks! I know what you mean. I'm still a little bit new to this method so it's gonna take some work to gain some consistency and a little more to finally transition it from primitives to a more solid body. That's not even mentioning heads. I'd love to swap some notes sometime maybe we'd be able to help each other.

Thanks! And yeah, I notice that a lot of characters really pull off the dark coat really well.

Been meaning to post this one here. Did a commission a while ago for a Synthwave_Addict on Discord of his character, Aiden

And one for MaxCheng95 on DA that finished earlier today of his Housepets character, Luther Cheng.

Really old piece. I left a bit of mystery to some of my characters way back when, such as a secret husband and secret admirer for Sophrona and Micah, respectively. Actually made an image to answer those two questions a while back, but never publicly shared it. I was going to wait on these reveals, but I’m impatient, so here they are. https://sta.sh/0260cb8zcql2

Like the pastel shades on the commission D-Rock, those two seem to be getting along in your latest post.

Had a quick go at a more dynamic body pose myself, very tricky, any comments (good or bad) welcome, I know it's not quite right but not quite sure how to remedy.

If anything's wrong, I THINK it's her right arm. That angle seems off somehow.

I think Welsh is right. looking at it the pose makes it look like she's holding her arm to the side rather than in front of her body.

Good depiction - perhaps the left leg is just a bit smaller than the right. I know, perspective and all, but it still looks a bit diminished. Tricky action pose.

I personally see nothing wrong with the arms of the art of Daunted's character but then again I'm not really good at judging art to see if it needs improvement.

Thanks for the comments all, good points, I had another crack at tweaking it, still not quite right but I'm gonna leave it there for now. Know the back leg is still not right but can't quite get my head around the foreshortening and positioning needed.

Never think you have a leg up on Sickle, as Dusana here learned quickly.

Request art from a Discord server, the character belongs to Shadow_Darkclaw on Twitter.

Good thing that she didn't go through with it or else she would be in a lot of danger.

Cute. I like it when you do lineless art with beady eyes, reminds me of Dav Pilkey's art in a way. Also like your color choices, very warm, muted, childlike and dreamlike.

No, it ended. Bizarrely enough the last book took the form of a political commentary about Fox News, forgetting the magic of ones' childhood, the misuse of intelligence and the effects of ADHD medication. This is not a joke, these are actually major themes of the finale.

Drew this earlier this week (just messing around with some logo ideas for a future radio I've been working on every so often). Really proud of how the mascot, Anubis, turned out, though I am working on a better, more detailed version of the head.

Looks like Sean's gettin' there, though. The depiction reminds me of the version of Annubis that appears in the WSJ Magazine, but a bit more disgruntled and sinister.

Heh actually ROAR's (Realm Of Anubis Radio) Anubis is a nice guy! I modeled his look off of, along with Anubis, the lead singer of the band The Cult and the lead character of the film Priest.
