Aaron quickly noticed a crowd growing in the street and decided to check it out. As he got closer, he got a whiff of the chemicals lingering in the air from the chemistry set accident and immediately stopped walking. "Whoa! What's that smell? Did someone blow up a bottle of Clorox?"

Ozzy watched Rody and the ferret's exchange with some interest.
"Hi I'm Ozzy, Sorry about the smell, minor chemical mishap. Pleased to meet you."
Ozzy glanced down the street and saw the rest of the group coming their way.

Katy and Brad followed Duke. Seeing the other pets, she smiled and said, "Hey. I'm Katy, and the Rottweiler's Brad."

"It's nice to meet you," Aaron said in response. "The name's Aaron. Moved in last week." He took the dice hanging from his collar and rolled them around between his fingers, looking over at Ozzy's doghouse with curiosity.

T.J followed the others. "Hey I'm T.J....and by minor you mean non-deadly right?" he asked Ozzy.

"Fortunately yes, almost passed out from the smell though, I've only been interested in chemistry recently and I was a little careless. The downside is my doghouse smells about a million times worse than I do so it will be a while before I can go back inside. I'm Ozzy by the way, pleasure to meet you all."
Feels like I've been saying that all day Ozzy thought.

"Nice to meet you Ozzy. And you too Aaron. I'm T.J...I think I just said that though. Oh well." he shrugged and smiled kindly, then his ears flattened as he realized something. "Uh Ozzy, are you gonna get in trouble for blowing up your dog house?"

Aaron smiled and turned his attention to Katy. "How long have you been living here for?"

The siberian Shiba female said, "Me? Oh, uh, we just moved here, actually."

"Cool." Aaron looked over at the doghouse again. "I hope the rest of my days here are exciting like this one. So, what does everyone do for fun here? Besides blowing up doghouses?"

"Has anyone lived here longer than a month?" said Al, "Did anyone live here before us? I've been here 2 weeks and half the traffic's been moving vans."

Jack laughed, "it's almost as if it were some grand scheme by the moving companies. At least this way, we can all meet each other at once. It's a convinient way to meet new friends."

"I think it mainly stems from the previous owner. Most of the houses on this street were owned by a rental agency, I heard that the agency went bankrupt, something about tax evasion.
Most of the houses lay empty while they were up for rent so they would have went on the market right away. Who knows, thats just what I heard but it seems to make sense. Its Nice to have some new folks around, 'till now I only really hung out with Rody."

Ozzy glanced nervously back towards his doghouse,
"As for the doghouse, It isn't as bad as all that. It doesn't seem to be structurally damaged so I should be able to get it back to normal fairly easily once The smell fades a little. As for getting in trouble Dad is fairly tolerant of my hobbies, while this may result in a chewing out its nothing compared to last time, I was grounded for a month after the pogo stick incident, don't ask."

"That sounds incredibly interesting, but I won't ask." T.J laughed. He looked at the other pets. "Do any of you guys have a dog house?" he hadn't noticed Frits, since he had spoken a little quietly.

Rody laughed heartedly after being reminded, "Yeah, banned from The Pogo Plaza just for having a little fun." He chuckled quietly.

Winch continued to push on the sarcophagus until he was tired. It moved about 2cm, "I give up on that for now, it's kinda heavy." Winch said as he walked back up to the group.

"hehe, well I haven't been out of the house a lot myself."
"My name is Frits by the w..."
As Frits wants to finish his sentience, he sees a rather big glance towards his Frisbee by Rody.
"You okey?"

"I have one in my backyard," Aaron replied. "I tend to use it a lot to practice my drums. I think my mom regrets buying them more and more each time I play it." He let out a light chuckle.

"So we meet again." The words were spoken with the quiet anticipation of a battle of wits between two old rivals. In this case, the standoff is between a dog and a small wooden cube. The dog stares at the cube while the cube, for its part, sits silently.

The pair remain locked in still combat, animal against inanimate object, mind against the unfeeling. Then, the sounds, and smell, of down the way take some of the importance away from the haughty cube. Nevertheless, Locke takes up the little wooden cube and heads to the fence around his yard, still new ground for him. A look to the left, a look to the right, and a scrambling climb over the waist high (for a human) fence and he's strolling towards the others with a curious glint in his eye and an intrigued grin.

Aaron glanced over and happened to notice Locke walking up to the group. "Perfect! Another new friend to make," He thought to himself as he waved briefly at the pet approaching the crowd and gave a grin. "Hey there."

"Hi there!" Al called to the new arrival, as he came closer he continued, "I'm going to take a wild guess and say that you are new to this neighbourhood, I'm Al Sharpe, pleased to make your acquaintance."

Lyd was sitting in the front seat of the sedan as it drove through the countryside. "Cow, tree, cow, corn, farm. Sigh, Mom, is there anthing interesting to see on this drive, all I see is grass and more grass." Lyd asked his mom. "Oh, quit whining, we're almost there." She replied.

A few minutes later, the sedan pulled onto the street. A strange stench waded into Lyd's nose. Ugh, what's that smell? he thought to himself. It smells like someone left out an ora-"Hey, look Lyd, there's some animals over there near that doghouse. Why don't you go and say hi?" His mom interupted his thoughts. "Uh..." he stalled. "Because, um, don't you need help unpacking?" He thought for sure this plan would get him out of the potential social situation."Nonsense! We can unpack later. We should get to meet our niegbors first." she answered. "Now get out and go introduce yourself, Lyd!" Lyd mumbled under his breath and got out of the car. His mom drove down the street and pulled into a driveway a few houses away. He looked down the street and saw his only to options were to go home, only to have to come back out here or introduce himself now and just get it over with. He contemplated his decision and walked toward the group of pets.

Wow, there's more pets here than I thought. Lyd thought to himself. Registering T.J.'s welcome, he manged to get out "Oh, Um, hi T.J. I'm, um, Lyd... Lyd Vysemo."

Lyd stares at Duke's paw as if all his mental function immediatly shut down. Regaining some control, he shakes Duke's paw. "Nice to meet you, somewhat."

Locke looks from one, to another, to another, to the other newly arriving one, and quirks his brow upwards. It's a mob," he comments under his breath before adopting a toothy grin, waving to the others, still holding his wooden cube and shouting, "Hallo there!"

Getting closer to the pitbull that introduced himself as Aaron, and the Lab, apparently named Al, Locke tones his voice down to a reasonable level. "Name's Locke," he introduces, "So what's the gathering for? Someone find something to eat?"

T.J grinned at Locke's joke. "Sadly no, i think we just wanted to meet all of the neighborhood dwellers I guess. And you're right Winch, so far there's like, a good amount of pets that won't be counted now, but there are a lot. Maybe there was a special 'buy 1 house, get 1 free!' deal or something." He smirked.

Locke passed his cube from one paw to the other and then under the crook of his arm. Ignored, but not forgotten. "And here I was hoping for something good to chew on," he comments wryly. "Good to meet you, Teej." The added name comes with a grin, until he looks down at the sudden ferret with a puzzled expression. "Oh, no, no food. I just thought, since everyone was all of a sudden, here. Um. I have a squeak toy in here." He shows the wooden cube, a plain box that appears to have no opening and six uniform sides. "I just need to figure out how to get it open."

Jack listened as well as he could and introdiced himself to the new neighbors as each one came in turn, agh, I hope I will be able to remember everyone's names, he thought as he greeted the newest of the new, "It is a pleasure to meet you, Lyd. I am Jack. So, is that some sort of puzzle box then?"

Ruby was tired of waiting any longer That's it, I don't care wether this coffin is still in the back of the plane, I'm getting out of here. she pushed on the lid of the sarcophogus until she was able to slip out, then she stretched until she the feeling came back into her muscles. If I ever fly again, I'm going to sneak into first class instead.

"Ooh, that looks cool! I'm good at taking things apart! I can try to open it! I'm Winch, by the way!" He said looking at the cube. As Ruby opened the sarcophagus, he jumped towards it, "I told you all about the mummy! Stop it, before it eats our souls!" He said as he threw a pebble at Ruby.

"Mean dog!" Winch said as he threw a pebble at Katy. He then laughed a little, "Of course there are naked mummies! Mummies wear toilet paper, and if you take it off, then you take off their clothing! Naked mummy! Tadah!" He said, gesturing to Katy.
