Joy: in this thing I just got the correct answer to this round in a minute or less
Sorrow: I forgot to look at it right as the round started, so someone else got the win for the round. again.
Joy: the third place player can't catch up to me so I maintain second place.
Sorrow: I can;t catch up to the first place player so I maintain second place.

Sorrow: My sinus infection will not go away, and now the glands in my neck are sore and feel hard... I think it is spreading a bit May have to see the doctor and get some strong antibiotics.

Sorrow: Broke until Friday.

Joy: Getting a bit of overtime, so a good paycheck when it does come!

Sorrow: My 3DS touch screen stopped working today. =\

Going to try to leave it on the charger tonight since that was a recommended option, but I might have to send it off for repairs.

Also: Heavy snow storm tomorrow! It wouldn't be bad if I could get the day off, but two days off in a week bothers me.

Have you tried recalibrating it? If that doesn't work it may be a wire connection issue.

Yup. gave it a shot, same issue. Hoping it's a power problem and not the wired connections.

Slightly Annoyed: Ever since I came out to my friends, they keep telling me how I should act. They keep saying stuff like "You should be more like ____. Why can't you be like other gays?" etc., etc. And it just ticks me off how they just say that. It's like, just because I'm gay they expect me to act all flamboyant and stuff. It's just so irritating how they have these expectations for me. And they're the ones who get mad at me because I don't act like the way they want. It's just... I just hate it.

Generalizations exist, and have always existed. It helps us humans comprehend, understand and interact with the people around us. Talking to your friends would be a good place to start, if you are uncomfortable with how they are treating you. But I guess you'll just have to learn to accept it, and move on. Try not to worry too much!

Of course, being the joker I am, I threw in a Bidoof and used Tackle.

And it's an RP, all about the aftermath of what I have done.

Sorrow: Kinda stressed/ antsy/ melancholy today when I woke up. I dunno it's just been a weird semester. Very stressful.

You're not stupid. A lot of people take a year off, and spend it getting some work/volunteer experience. They can only take so many people, and more people are qualified than spots they have.

I didn't get into medical school last year. So I'm trying again. If I fail this year, I'll try again next year. Just don't give up if that's what you want to do.

unsure?: most of the officers from my anime club are going to be gone next semester, so the ranks will be full of inexperienced people. I may be the best choice for the job to take over as president, so next semester may have me running the club, helping make a game for the Video Game Design and Development club, and being on the quidditch team in addition to my school work.

I still don't have a guarantee from my school that I'll have on campus housing, and if I don't I'll probably need to skip next semester, in which case the club will need to elect a president next semester.

Sorrow: MCM London expo comicon is only a month and three quarters (ish)away. While this pleases me, the problem is my costume is nowhere near completion. Heck I'm not going to lie I've barely started the thing. Curse my lack of arts and crafts skills. I've got instruction books and step by step guides but I just can't bloody make it.

I've got enough stuff to get started but I end up just staring at it all like "so what do I do with all of this?" And I really want this to get done because it is too awesome not to do. But I just can't do it, I'm too terrible at it. I just don't know what to do.
