I don't think that's necessarily the truth. It's not good to try to find friends if your reasons are selfish. But you might end up making friends with someone and it may not benefit you at first but later on it might. And even if it doesn't that doesn't necessarily mean it'll come back to bite you.

Sorrow: I'm so lost in the forums and rps that I will most likely never Beale to pick up where I left off. My only way on the sure is through my phone since I don't have a computer, and using the isn't cheap on my phone.

Joy: I just want to let everyone I know on here, Valerio, Blue Anubis ect..
That I'm still alive and will and I'd I hopefully have a computer in the next few months that I will Beale to return to the forums for some fun.

I miss you all, and I miss the forums. Keep up the good work Ricj. I hope to talk to everyone again real soon.

I ordered something from Tool Logic.
It's supposed to be here today (Tuesday) but UPS is all, "You need to sign for this."
They always deliver things at like noon, cuz no one ever goes to work/class at noon, obviously...
So this makes it that I have to drive like 25 miles, there and back, to get what I ordered.
Ugh...

No they aren't, you just have to elaborate. Or at least explain why you can't. Such as if you (God forbid) have prostate cancer and are embarrassed about it, say "I have a really bad medical condition but it's embarrassing so I won't say what" or something.

Last time I elaborated on a sorrow, the post was removed, and it wasn't even as bad as prostate cancer. I'm yet to find a single medical condition I've been embarrassed to say as well.

I think it's mostly because vague statements invite other people to say "Why do you feel that way?", which then prompts the first person to elaborate, which is silly because talking about why you're excited or upset is the entire point of the thread and shouldn't have to be coaxed out of you.

You don't have to write a thesis or anything, just write "I'm under a lot of stress" or "I'm not feeling well" or "I'm having trouble with my friend" instead of "I'm upset".

Minor frustration: I had quite a bit lined up to do for myself this week, but the world and my general laziness have other plans for me.

Sorrow: Went for a check up at the doctors. Everything went wrong, they forgot to test blood, and apparently there were two prescriptions for my cough or something, but the people who worked at CVS just took one of them.....
Going to cost a lot/take a lot of time to do either or. My parents and brother are mad at me. Ext Ext.

Thanks guys. I think I can handle the essay just fine. It takes me forever to start, but I can right a 2 page B grade paper in about a half hour. If I give myself an hour or two I can get an A. I just have to force myself to start...

The Midterm? I might do fine, but I'm not sure if I'll do great

I doubt you could have done that bad.

I'm excellent with stoichiometry, and moles, and whatnot. I'm just rubbish at naming compounds

What? No, its nothing like that! What I was referring to was some kind of treatment that puts you in some kind of simulation that assimulates being in a tropical environment. The heat makes the pours of your skin to expand (allowing all the oil and stuff to come out naturally) while the humidity keeps your skin hydrated through the procedure. Like I said, I don't know what their really called but my brother always called them "sunbeds" even though there isn't anything to do with the sun or UV rays with it. Perhaps it is something to mention to your doctor.

Joy: By going to the oral surgeon today for a consultation, my parents saved a lot of money for the above surgery, when it happens.

It's better to pull the wisdom tooth as early as possible, to avoid more pains later. My boss endured like 2 years of pain, thinking it was just a gum infection, when in fact it was a wisdom tooth growing head-on towards an adjacent tooth. Mine is just starting to grow, so no pains yet.
