Joy: Just finished a good web comic recommended to me by one of Sleet's avatars.
Joy: I pretty much guessed one of the big twists of the ending within the first few chapters.

statement: I'm reading Homestuck now, but have a ways to go before I catch up.

Sorrow: I have to go back to college tomorrow and class starts on Monday.

Sorrow: I took a fall last month and the nasty scrape that I got from it on my elbow hasn't healed up properly. Checking it today, it seems there might be a good chance that it is infected now, so I'm off to the doctor (most likely) today.

Sorrow: Seems my new PC doesn't like the security package I use. I don't really want to have to fork out more for another one and free anti-virus (even if I use multiple) would likely be insufficient protection.

Joy: Got around to reading the books my brother gave me for Christmas. Enjoyed them somewhat, no doubt I will read them again soon. Perhaps I should go read some of my older books but...

Sorrow: Sorta makes me wish I managed to purchase more books when I was younger. It makes me feel like I'm doing something wrong when I go to consider purchasing books meant mainly for teenagers or even children. Yeah, I'm a very indecisive being sometimes...

Sorta Sorrow: It only lasted about 15 minutes... I was on my way to work when he called me. Wish it could have lasted longer :P but I won't complain! It was nice all the same

Hopefully, I'm making an effort to be less introverted and make some friends on campus, so that should help.

well, read it first of all :P

seriously though, parallels between candy and the dog(the old dog that gets put down not lenny's puppy)
Curly's wife represents lost hope
When in doubt interesting banana something about how Lenny and George symbolize friendship or some such sappyness

Joy:My first literature class is tomorrow and I'm super excited!
sorrow:I have to get up at 9:00 in the A.M.
joy:I had a paycheck waiting for me and I get payed this week

Actually I love the book XD I read it yesterday and I have read it a couple of times before.

I absolutely love writing about George and Lennie's bromance, however sometimes it's like writing slash fiction or something...

What about 1 day with something good happening? That's considerably less to ask for, and you'll have that to make you happy.

Perhaps there is and you have the wrong definition.
You'll never have a "perfect" life, you'll never be totally happy with yourself, and there will always be people who hurt you or let you down.
Life is a terible ugly thing, but we are all capable of carving out a little oasis in the midst of the filth.
You just have to figure out how to make your own happiness, none of us can give you the answer, maybe we can guide you, but you'll have to find it on your own.
But trust me, it can be done.

Yes there is. I'm happy right now. Happiness does exist so go out and find it instead mopeing about on the forums feeling sorry for yourself and getting Chewy to spout fortune cookie paragraphs. There's worse things happening to other people you know. So do as the British do and keep a straight bottom lip and be awesome.
