The partying is a metaphor for South African racial rifts.

Obviously Andrew is attempting to express that even country borders are an abstract form of apartheid and that a truly unsegregated world would be completely globalised.

I mean, just look at this:
O Party Party Party
I wanna have a Party
I need to have a Party
You better have a Party
Clearly, because of the capitalisation, 'Party' is in reference to the Afrikaner National Party, the successful institutionalisers of South African racial segregation, indeed the ones that popularised use of the word 'apartheid'... I could go on, but by now, I think the message should be painfully obvious to everyone involved.
I was going to make a joke but then I did.

and in his other song, when he says
when it's time to party we will always party hard
it's a metaphor for how more direct measures will have to be taken to end this racism. egads, how could I have missed it.

Does anyone know what language is being used in this song?
Some theories from the comments:

1) Esperanto
2) Some Celtic tongue
3) The language from the Ar Tonelico game series
4) Just random jibberish

I believe 4 is the correct answer. Googling individual words returns nothing but references to that song.

This song is way too soothing for something relating to demons. XP

Heh, guess I'm taking the lyrics too seriously then xp

It's soothing because the original title is Lullaby of Deserted Hell, as in a lonely, desolate hell.

This song's great on the piano, here's my favourite rendition of it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T75iD_KlUlA

I wouldn't call those lyrics the most reliable though. I'm tempted to try different alphabets, though can't be bothered.

That said, I also think the tongue is not a real one.

The original arrangement, by my vague understanding of ZUN and Touhou stuff in general, did not have vocals, so when an artist includes vocals, it seems to be whatever they can think of.

That's true, ZUN only composes instrumentals. The vocals are mostly made up by the arrangers, usually to reflect on the character(s) associated with that particular theme. The original's here, for comparison purposes.

I'm more surprised that you've heard Touhou remixes, Ebly. Never expected that ;p

1994 is not "really old"! I remember 1994.

I also like their video of Separate Ways. Despite the synth line being shown on a guitar.

Try Black Holes and Revelations if you want. It's similarly synth-based and I think it's even better!
