Re: Music.
That song was really brickwalled. It's so loud that the waves start extending beyond what the digital compression can handle so it "clips" off the tops of the waves, making it sound fuzzy and crackly when it's particularly loud. That has nothing to do with the quality of the musician's composition. Just how it was engineered.

It is actually called Kernkraft 400.
Fun Fact: it was based on music from a level of an old game called "Lazy Jones"

Digital Love is my favorite recorded-in-the-studio song, but all their other songs, I prefer the live versions of their songs. They have a lot more flavor than the 'standard' versions, I guess you could call them. My friend somehow acquired a copy of Alive (2007) and I am simply in love.
Let me tell you about Homestuck.

Digital Love is so good. It's what got me into them in the first place.

Went to the mall today with some friends. I saw Florence + the Machine's newest CD, Ceremonials, so I went to that thingy with the headphones and scanned it. I decided to click "Similar artists."
"There are no artists similar to Florence + the Machine."
Sounds about right.

There was a collection of six Weezer songs on sale at the checkout counter of Best Buy for 49 cents a while back and I bought it. Does that count?

I haven't seen much Hip-Hop floating around this thread, so I decided I'd share these from a recording session with Hilltop Hoods and Lowrider. It's always nice to hear such smooth instrumentation in hip-hop...

Hopefully there's somebody here who's fancy is tickled by that kind of music!

pretty good
I wish more rappers would try to actually say something with their music, it seems like a bit of a lost art these days. Really sucks because good rap or hip-hop or whatever you want to call it can incredibly poetic.

May not be the most meaningful lyrics in the world, but it's hard not to say they don't sound good.
