Funny thing is, despite the fact that I love coffee-flavoured things like eclairs, toffees, cakes, etcetera, and I love the smell of coffee, I actually don't like drinking it at all. It's bizarre, really.

I can't complain bout' my weather over here. The rest of the continental United States is in the POLAR VORTEX *thunder thunder*, and I'm sitting here in a t-shirt and shorts in 23 degree Celsius (or, if you're an American like me, 73 degree Fahrenheit) weather. But it is overcast today, so maybe there might be some rain (Yay! End this drought) later on this week.

In biscuits/cakes/slices etc. I even have a recipe for a meatloaf that has coffee in it!

Enough so that it goes down smooth and has a sweet taste to it. But not enough to override the bitterness. I like my coffee bittersweet.

On a related note I'm getting close to finishing my second pot this morning. I am uncomfortably awake at the moment.

I can never really make coffee right when I do it. The last time I did it myself, I ended up putting too much sugar. And it was during our HS Prom too... You could guess what happened after that.

Ew, sugar. The sugar is usually what makes people jittery.
Drinking coffee black is the best way to drink coffee. Creme is sometimes good, especially with generic crap.

If I'm using the little cups of cream, I use 2, If I'm using milk (or more often chocolate milk) I add enough to fill the space left in the mug not filled by coffee.

as for sugar, I at one point used like 7 packets of natrataste, but when I get iced mocha at IHOP, I use 2 packets of equal. then I used 4 of whatever sugar substitute is available at my school the couple times I got coffee here.

in other words, I need it sweet

I do. Dark roast with Irish cream. I mostly make it at home in the morning, and if I buy it at a gas station I'll also put a little sugar in it.

My poor Uncle Bruce used to drink so much coffee that he'd drink like 4 pots a day, everyday and eventually had to go to the hospital because of it.

I don't always drink coffee, but when I do I prefer mochas over just coffee. With lots of cream and sugar.

Okay, I know this is off topic, but with Chinese New Year coming up I wanted see what forumites have animal symbol. Like for instance I'm either an Ox or a Tiger, I'm not sure since I was born in January before the chinese lunar year changed, but obviously after the Gregorian year changed.
