My resolution is to actually update my comic daily with as few breaks as possible. With a little help from my friends through demotivation and insulting to make me want to draw.
BUT YEAH HEY HOW BOUT THAT DRAWING?

@ArgentFlame: To be honest, I should probably do the same. ._.
@Jimmy Jazz: The future has just been open, it is up to you to decide. Other than that, it's pretty plain for me. D:
@Dylan: In Hong Kong time, yes. xD AND I ENCOURAGE IT. DRAW. It's awesome!
@ToastyJester: Good luck with that~ I'm sure you can manage. xD

Re: Happy New Year everyone~
i really don't do resolutions since i feel its arbitrarily forcing yourself to do something you can literally do any other day of the year but whatever...
if i had to pick one, it would be to actually start trying to publish my work and build up a reputation in the literary community so i have an easier time getting into grad school (looking at Brown University in a big way).

I just think that a resolution is just something you at least want to accomplish within the year. I don't really think it's a must or anything, just a want. o:loudhawaiianshirt wrote:i really don't do resolutions since i feel its arbitrarily forcing yourself to do something you can literally do any other day of the year but whatever...

My resolution this year is to draw more, and try harder to express my faith as a Christian. As for the drawing part, you'll notice the new banner at the bottom of my sig which also just so happens to be a link to my website.

Re: Happy New Year everyone~
I hope that my resolution in year 2010 will be at least 2x 1920x1080 pixels, if possible, even more
Now really, I don't believe in resolutions too much, since there are plenty of things I want to do and there will be plenty of more throughout the year, so I think it's stupid to make resolutions only on new year. But anyway, I hope I complete as much as games and programs I have in my head for years (as well as on papers and various documentations files and notes I've already written), as well as short films and other ideas. I hope, that I will learn as much as possible about technology, various programming languages and possibly other software, I'm not yet familiar with and if there will be enough time, I also want to learn more speaking-languages (other than English). Also, I hope that I will successfully continue writing articles for some magazines I work for (both web and printed), since they're the main source of my income. I don't know what else to say now, if I really started thinking about this, what I want to do in 2010, 60000 character limit would not be enough, so I rather stop now.
Oh, and I hope I'll complete one Housepets-related surprise soon, but shush now...

Still the middle of the afternoon for me.
Maybe my resolution will be to be less lazy about everything, but I know I'll just get lazy and break it.

Hm, looks not too different. More trash on the streets, though. D:
One question remains: If 2000-2009 were the Noughties and 2020-2029 will be the Twenties, do we have now the... Tennies?

Resolutions.
It's 2010 on the East Coast. Here's a sum-up of my New Year's Resolutions:

>Vote for the first time in my life in the following:
-Pennsylvania State Gubernatorial Elections
-US Congressional Elections (1 House, 1 Senate)

Re: Resolutions.
I like these resolutions, except my family isn't quite close and the distant family is way too large (one uncle is a deadbeat, one aunt won an Oscar. we cover the specialty range), i don't think I'd go to AnthroCon, and voting is only occasionally empowering.BlueArmy wrote:It's 2010 on the East Coast. Re: Resolutions.
I will turn 18 next year on September 28. I plan on taking advantage of that, and will be glad to perform my patriotic civic duty by using the greatest right I have as an American citizen.loudhawaiianshirt wrote:I like these resolutions, except my family isn't quite close and the distant family is way too large (one uncle is a deadbeat, one aunt won an Oscar. we cover the specialty range), i don't think I'd go to AnthroCon, and voting is only occasionally empowering.BlueArmy wrote:It's 2010 on the East Coast. As far as AnthroCon, I live only a few hours away from it. Convincing somebody to take me, however, is an entirely different scenario. My parents still do no know what "furry" is, and will be curious to know what this is all about (and whether it will be worth it). Reservations start in February, so I have a limited time window to act on that.
Also, I still live with my parents, and I spend a lot of time on this PC that I could be spending with them.

I am dead serious when i say this but never EVER tell your parents what a furry is. EVER. no matter what they will judge you harshly and think you'd be attending the equivalent of a bondage convention. if you wanna talk about it further, pm me

Re: Happy New Year everyone~
So, anyway, 2010 has just started. That would be 518 on the Columbian Calendar. What is the Columbian Calendar, you ask?
The Columbian Calendar counts every year since Christopher Columbus began his voyage in 1492 Gregorian Calendar. That would mean that the year I was born, 1992, would have been the year 500. This is something I made up in school one day while holding a calculator doing random numbers. It probably wouldn't make any sense to people living in the Eastern Hemisphere.

Happy new year everyone! Hope that everyone's new year will be better than the last one.
My resolutions will be to go to the gym more often and work on my own personal project. That's about it, though I want to improve overall of course
(Whoa, I just checked my join date, hard to believe it's been a year already!)
