When I was 4, I watched the movie Swamp Thing. In it, there is a scene where a woman is running water for a bath. While she undresses, muck kind of seeps out along with the water. When she turns around, the Swamp Thing is there....

Somehow to me that translated to every time I flushed the toilet I ran out of the restroom at a fast pace.... I did this until about 12 years old.... For some reason I still get a jolt every time I hear a toilet flush.

Really weird, I know...

I loved that movie! There are worse creatures to come out of a drain. Believe me...

IT never scared me. Neither does Slenderman. I don't know, maybe it is just my OCD not liking the mucky aspect of Swamp Thing.

And I loved that movie too. I love Monster movies.
