Stretching and hoping I avoid calf cramps tonight. Badminton is fun. The heat, not so much. And the calf cramps when I forget to stretch, definitely not good.
And then games. And semi-serious RP on Discord servers. And more games. And maybe some anime.

Recuperating - had to dash Sophie to the emergency vets yesterday and I'm just BTS (Beat To ... Stuff!) She's much better now but today is another "roaster" and I'm not a tropical critter.

Oh no! Hope you are all o.k. it's baking here also, woking out a few Irish folk tunes in the shade.

Yeah, the sea winds came in mercifully, and Sophie had a little jaunt with her Scottie boyfriend, what the neighbor calls a meeting of "The Waggy Tails Club". What'cha'playing on, Daunted?

Going to overnight at a hotel before seeing the missus off on a plane to Wisconsin (at three AM!). She's going to spend some time with her sister and the cousins.

Awesome! I like hotels. Never been to Wisconsin but have family there.

I like hotels too, I think it’s the little soaps for me.

I find hotels to be cozy when I go out on trips and enjoy staying there, Though some of the hotels we have been in actually were really bad.

I've liked hotels ever since I was a little kid. Dad was in the Navy and whenever his ship moved up to Portsmouth NH or Key West Florida, mom would follow him and we'd stay in six or seven different hotels on route. Today, I didn't leave until five minutes before check-out.

Sophie and got home just in time to greet our neighbor walking his two Bernese Mountain dogs. They're big pals with Sophie ( and five times her size ) so there was lots of play bowing, frisking, and serious tail wagging. They hadn't met for quite a while so it was a nice little welcome home. ;)

Glad Sophie got to meet some of her doggy pals. Went for a walk by a local canal, saw lots of dragonflies and ducklings. Nit many people about, very tranquil. Saw a sign warning if deer in one field we went through, didn't see any though. :(

I’m going shopping for office supplies today. Mainly, I need to get a fireproof safe for my own documents like my birth certificate, passport, diploma, taxes, etc. instead of everything of mine being in the family’s fireproof safe.
