Ride was long but we did make it and my headache I had for about 3 days had FINALLY subsided!

Took Sophie to the beach this evening. This last time was almost a month ago when she was sick and having back pain. Then, she was so miserable and lethargic, it just broke my heart. Today, she's much her old self again - energetic, curious, sociable. Quite a transformation.

I’m back from my trip to the dunes of the cape. My mother and aunt got piña coladas. We did not get caught in the rain. We did not do yoga. I do not have half a brain. We did escape for a few hours.

I went to visit my cousin's wife with my mother and my aunt because she was depressed over having to have a colostomy bag put into her because they removed her bowel due to cancer. She is as thin as my grandmother was near the end.
