So I made a decision not to tell 2020 how horrible it is to its face and I'm hoping that it won't do anything else to us.

We are waiting on the insurance company to tell us if the car (a 2015 Toyota Corolla she bought in 2017) is a total loss though most likely it is. Despite it only being a front-end collision, all of the airbags (The front, my mother's knee airbag, the side airbags, the front curtain and the back curtain airbags.) went off (and none hit me as the front one just went up.)

Man, just glad everyone's okay.
I've got nothing that foreboding planned - but then we never "plan" these things, do we? Maybe hit an ice cream store before it closes for the season.

Some drunk actually crashed into our local McDonald's. She tried to blame the McDonald's for the crash, dunno how a building could be at fault, but then again I've never driven drunk.

As Weston said Dayzee, the important thing is that you all, though banged up a little, are still with us, and we're glad you're still here. Things can be replaced people cannot. As for a car, it depends on (duh) how much you want to spend, my mom's 2005 Mercedes is good in our driveway which is also pretty steep. (She's looking for a newer car as well; one with more safety features, and up higher so probably a SUV.) Good luck, Dayzee, if you want help just shoot me a PM.

Today I am (finally) going to work on my fanfics and watch college football.

Back to editing a book my friend is writing. Got away from it for a couple of days and don't want to lose the threads. Interesting topic but needs some work.

Planning a big project for next week i.e Rearranging/Cleaning my room. I need something that will help clear my head but, also, give a new look to my overall workarea...and cleaning seems to help.

I need to go to the auto shop down the road to get my burnt-out tail light fixed. After that, I’m going to do some shopping. I need a new sheet for by bed because my current one is showing its age. After that I’m headed home to put some work into my class; there’s a lot I need to catch up on now that I’m no longer stuck on this one part.

Need to spend some time in my storage locker where I've got a couple thousand books stored in Xerox paper cartons. (Wonderful packaging if you ever move, another good reason to be very nice to your admin assistants).

Went in for the semi-annual physical - passable shape for the shape I'm in and this medical evaluation is for the next three minutes. That means, by the time you read this message, I could be comatose.

Well, it's National Coffee Day, so I'll spring for a coffee and the next six months or the next two minutes. Cheers. ;)

Our neighbor is traveling for a couple of days so she brought her scottie dogs over for us to care for. Sophie is in seventh heaven to be hosting her two best pals, and the three of them are very well-behaved and cute all together. :)

Took Sophie and her Scottie buddies to the beach. Beautiful day, almost no one there, and they were in seventh heaven ... and surprisingly very well behaved.

Cleaned out an Email I have access to it's respective stores' account. Now trying to figure out asking if the likes of "Aniki Cosplay" can make any Sentai/Ranger have the Metallic Armor Treatment.

Yeah my car had its right front and rear wheel axle bent from my mother just accidentally hitting the curb. On the bright side, me and my mother now might have a new mother-daughter bonding activity: looking for new cars depending on how bad my car got messed up. -_-

Good for you! Swings are just wonderful. A friend of mine once said that meetings would go much better if people held them on swings. I have no idea how you could do that, but it's worth a grant to study the concept.

I've had a busy and fairly productive productive day. I read part of the Iliad and the Eyrbyggja Saga and wrote a couple brief papers about them, learned some stuff about Cardinality in Set Theory, and had my first zoom meeting for my school's orchestra. I also got to walk around my college's campus a bit which was fun. The weather has been better recently.
