Banana Splits? Isn't that a children's television show using Muppet-like characters by Hanna Barbera that aired in the late 1960s? (Meaning my mother might have watched it).

Do you have any tea on hand? Making some hot tea always helps me with any nose-based allergy and cold symptoms. Minty candy or gum also helps in a pinch, too.

A little horseradish can loosen up sinuses. Horseradish mustard on frankfurters is a good way to take a dose. Sorry you're unwell...

No gym today. Pinched a muscle in my back last night thanks to bad posture. Feels better today, but I can't do any rigorous activity. Gives me more reason to double down on my classwork, which is nice at the very least. Later tonight I'm going out to dinner with my family to the place where we'd planned to go for Father's day, and that should be fun.

I came back from my job with "homework" in the form of having to look at these villas for sale in Cyprus for my company, so I've been working since I came back and still have to stay at it for a while...
