Today I'm going to visit my friend and borrow her my old Panasonic camera. Which will also require using a car with open windows, as it's still above 30 degrees outside. In centigrades.
I am looking at my earthquake list, and plotting station residuals, which is the deviation of the arrival time versus the expected arrival time. My seismic waves are traveling faster to some stations and slower to others. This means two things are an issue: The first is that the qearthquake location isn't what I think it is, and it's either shallower or deeper than I have it. The second, is that my velocity model is non-linear, and that the seismic waves are traveling faster or slower than I expect, because they are traveling through rock that is either more rigid / dense or less-so than I expect. Sandstone is different than granite.
So that's what I am doing today. Tweaking my velocity models to see if I can resolve the residuals a little better in order to bring my location algorithms into better focus.

Today I'm going to spend whole time in front of my computer. It's not that I'm a no lifer or something, but I need to check lots and lots of information.
Got a lot done today. I temporarily fixed an exhaust leak on my car's manifold. Also fixed a leaky oil line going to the turbo. Fixed my mother's laptop screen, and am now trying to clean up her hard drive. Her comp is Very slow. All while try to find a spot to sit down and practice some drawing. Ugh don't think it's gona happen though.

Unfortunately, it'll be most likely a quiet day for me.
Probably gaming mainly. Maybe trying to work out scripting for NWN so I can get a special widget done for a mate of mine who runs a NWN server. I've been forgetting to work on it.

On the subject of N64, one of my neighbors moved out and threw his stuff away and I fished an N64 cartridge of Mario Cart out of the junk, took it too a used game and DVD store and got $6 credit on it. They have a buy two DVDs get two DVDs free deal so I covered the two plus tax. In all I spent 60 cents and got 4 DVDs that I turned around and sold them for $8. I think I came out on top for once.

Today, I'm going to meet my friends in town. There, we're going to see a photography exhibition in a place called Roman House (cuz the gallery has a part of roman ruins). The photographer is exhibiting his works he did in 1959 in China. Also, he turns 97 today, so it is a special event for our photo community.
