I got a new computer monitor.
Now I have a dual-monitor setup.
No more struggling with tabs to keep references while I'm drawing.
Turning my head should be sufficient effort now.

I will be buying another of the same model to make them both consistent.
My little brother can have my old monitor after that, so he can run dual-monitors as well.

But my girlfriend and I exchanged gifts on Christmas Eve. I got her a sketchbook, The Nightmare on Elm Street Collection, and Interview with the Vampire.

She got me a sketchbook, and the Star Wars Original Trilogy!

I got 4 out of the five things that I put on my list (family tradition), plus something that I didn't ask for.

A new belt, a DVD of Scott Pilgrim, a 2011 calendar, and a gift certificate to a bookstore.

I also got some clothes and the big ticket item, an ereader from some company named kobo.

I am going to have an enjoyable time reading, I guess.

My main present was Rock Band 3, which is awesome. The only problem is I can't play keyboard yet (the main reason I wanted it) because the MIDI adapter I got was not the right one, so I either need to find one or get the official keyboard thing, which costs more than an adapter and isn't as good as either of my keyboards.

Smaller gifts included money, a shirt, a coat, and two CDs: In the Court of the Crimson King by King Crimson and Showbiz by Muse (making my first complete studio discography ever), and a few other miscellaneous things.
