I'd say increase the difficulty slowly after each fight, until we start having more trouble. That way it mimics us fighting stronger opponents :P

The tutorial mission's supposed to be the easy one anyway.

can anyone find the small clues I hid in a couple posts?

(the first one was that the color I initially claimed for his text is called Deep Electric Blue... I didn't feel like typing a hex value every time so I actually used the closest forum default :P)
I thought it was ice powers... but I like the hint

Players, please be informed that you have the option to make NPCs to support the pets of this RP. As long as you get the appeal of a majority of players and approval, you may create one.

On this note, NPCs are accessible to all players. If the NPC reacts to your pets, imagine how this character would respond with the personality set out for the NPC. Like if Mayor Bingo ran into your pet, you have to react based on the personality his has. (Confident, daring, playful)

As per Buster's request. Let's start talking about a techie NPC. Post your suggestions here such as, Name, Age, Gender, Species and Personality. Anyone may contribute. If majority likes it, we can begin using it in the RP.

for backstory, Its who Ghost turns to when she needs software/hardware for encrypted digital communication with her clients, payment transfer masking, and mods for her weapon. These are things she lacks the tech or know-how to do herself, so she needs them to do it for her.

She wants something that can analyze handwriting, and a police database back-door. She kinda took 'nightcrawler' getting away personally, and wants to track him down via the note.

I have an idea for a name :p
Bino "Binary" Warner.
Tree frog hacker who wears a mask of a tree frog when meeting clients.
A bit of a jerk to male clients, can't even talk to females.

wait, cybermancy? as in the magi-tech ability set from Shadowrun? well, i can see how that would grant them a significant advantage in the tech acquisition field...

Perhaps he has a particular kind of place he likes to meet clients? Sort of a signature to how he does business.

However we do have to be careful as there was the "please don't use magic" rule in place.
I can talk to 69 about it (unless he just posts here with a response).

I like the professor idea, maybe make him introverted a bit so he doesn't come off to high and mighty. being all self important might blow his cover

Change the definition maybe. "Unreal control over electronic devices, including but not limited to, basics such as making a soda machine give you an extra soda; Making a computer react slowly; Changing street lights; Direct contact is usually needed to control larger machines or do more complex tasks such as crash a computer or perform localized denial of service attacks on networks."

He's not an evil guy, he just provides weapons for those who need it. As such, he rarely uses them for more than an extra soda.

you could go with Technokinesis instead of cybermancy. pretty much the same power set, but without the magical origins.

Well I'm not nominating a name for two reasons, I won't get attached to a 'my' name so we will not have a situation out of the third Pirates of the Caribbean. The other is that I haven't been able to come up with a name.

In short, I don't have a name and I won't be nominating.

Species: Human, South Asian / Caucasian Mix
Occupation: IT Professor for C.R. University
Side Occupation: Closed Door Tech Creator / Distributor
Power: Technokinesis and a dabbling of generic hacking know-how.
Personality: Introverted, but a likable man.
