What other chapters had delayed title reveals?

The two I distinctly remember are:
Arc 42: Not All Dogs had a TBD placeholder until the watch fell on King's head, to avoid spoilers
Arc 50: Housepets Babies! was just ??? until Puppy Peanut's appearance to hold back the wave of D'awwwwws for just the right moment

Technically also Arc 26: Oops I Arced was originally not meant to be an arc at all, but Rick just kinda kept going with it. Course that was before my time

I believe he did this once with "The Visitor" arc as well, but I might be wrong because i actually remember it more for when he hid Miles name as "who dat wolf"

I can't find any evidence the arc name changed, but you are right Miles was first tagged as "who dat wolf".

I checked with the Internet Archive, so I'm relatively certain

So did I. The archive page for Three Good Reasons lists the arc as "42. ???". Additionally, the forum topic for that arc had the subject "Arc 42: ???" preserved for all replies made before the reveal, and people were talking about the name ???. While no page was recorded early enough to say anything other than "50. Housepets Babies!", the suffix for the chapter page was tbd until the site change. likewise, the forum topic for that arc also had the subject "Arc 50: TBD" preserved and there were people talking about the name TBD.

I just had a memory of "One Cat's Treasure" originally having an unknown/placeholder title. And yep, it was originally title "Trash Pickup". I don't remember why Rick wanted to hide it, but there you go
