Kate Gelato's parents run an ice cream parlor. The oxymoronic name of Gelato's Ice Cream endured it to area restaurants and made it a popular local business. The money that made through it paid for Kate to attend journalism school.

Lana has been taking zoom on-line classes and is close to finishing her degree in finance. She has also developed a flair for landscape painting, learned how to do welding, and has become fluent in Danish.

She hasn't said anything - she doesn't know who she'd speak to - but Custom Ink is very hurt that her kits weren't invited to participate in an "Imaginate" with Craig and Draig.

Yeah, Griswold and Todd seem to mirror each other. Jasper the cat was also sort of a Casanova/Lothario type, too. I'm kinda interested if Rick uses either of them again; they (these sort of cardboard stereotype characters) just don't seem to hold his interest beyond a walk-on or two. :|
