You might wanna be careful with the phrasing of that post since unfortunately it can go a lot of ways which aren't always straightforward.

Who needs a horse when you have a monster girlfriend?

Re: Rick's non-comic Housepets art
I thought about this earlier while I was coloring it. Just imagining her walking in on him while he was transformed.D-Rock wrote:Who needs a horse when you have a monster girlfriend?

Ms. Auburn: That's it you are NEVER going back to that neighborhood or that country ever again! I should have never have let you go alone. Look what they did to you!
Res: But Mom, it wasn't their fault. I chose to jump into the pool of mana.
Ms. Auburn: Mana? Is that what they're calling it these days?
Res: What? No. It was a pool of heavenly magic and I had to do it to save my friends from the demon the rich ferret unleashed through the portal to hell that his dead boyfriend opened.
Ms. Auburn:....Get to work.
Res: Huh.
Ms. Auburn: That is going to be our next series. I'm calling the publisher right away.

Ah, but would she change her mind and decide to let him go BACK to the country and neighborhood is the question?

Even though he is now a badger, because he was an accountant he still needs to look his best.

If he was a honey badger he might however get away with ignoring the boss because I'm sure you know what they say about honey badgers.
Re: Rick's non-comic Housepets art
...nope.
I'm just aware that badgers are typically the last thing you ever want to mess with.

That's why I'm not going to tell him that he's tying that thing over his collar. That's an odd way to do that...D-Rock wrote:...nope.

Theirs is the perfect (and most adorable) marriage, prove me wrong.

Agreed - would love to see a family portrait with the pups (and maybe "Uncle Kitsune!). They were Christmas tykes as I remember.Nathan Kerbonaut wrote:Theirs is the perfect (and most adorable) marriage, prove me wrong.

I honestly wouldn't put it past Kitsune to photobomb the portrait after it was finished just to tease King.
Then we can all look forward to King hitting the roof which might be quite literally.

I love the picture of King and Bailey, and the picture of Steward is cool too.

I imagine it would be really funny if the two of them didn't understand D&D when it seems like their version which was U&U probably was infinitely more complicated.

They understood it fine until Joey and Lester came along and complicated it.

Of course they would do that. They are the types that has to have everything as accurate as possible. Or in the case of Lester, as close to the Japanese version as he can get.

Oh I definitely would want to be around him in that form and he looks like a large hunk now. I think most of the female dogs would flock to him. Maybe even Grape if she sees that.

The full art for book 10.
The markings between the eyes are the same as Spring's so I can't say for sure if it's the lighting or if there really is a celestial husky named Fall. I think the tag on the pillow says "Never ever remove ever".
