Interesting alliance to say the least...

Image
Duchess is doing well. Bailey needs to take her out again

Alright, and that concludes the first day! Let's check out the casualties and District Statuses, shall we?

Image
All 3 of these surprised me. I had them all in my personal top 25

Image
Poor Grape, dying again early on :D

Image
These two were just out-done. No surprises here.

Tomorrow we'll take a look at the Districts after the first day! Stay tuned!

Well, the District Five combatants were hobbled by outside revelations (i.e. entries in cookbooks). ;)

I don't know why, but the thought of Zach and What Chicken being EATEN by the other contestants sort of disturbs me more than it should. :/

Plus because of the way Duchess killed her (she had no weapons so she had to poison her), I'm pretty sure What Chicken is inedible.

Dragon – Neck snapped by Lois
Gale – Explosion from standing on an IED
Jess – Injuries from shrapnel after an IED explosion
Miles – Impaled on a branch after being pushed into it by What Chicken
Grape – IED explosion set off by Pete threw her into a tree
Kitsune – Septicemia from a cut on a barbed wire fence
Zach – Stabbed with a trident by Sabrina
What Chicken – Forced to drink cyanide-laced water by Duchess

Alrighty, let's take a look at the districts thus far!

Image
Grape still screaming in the background

Image
Districts 2, 3, and 4 are all still fully intact! The K9s really stepped up their game this time!

Image
And just the opposite for 5, 6, and 7, they are all missing half of their members. They still got a chance though!

Image
8, 9, and 10 are all doing pretty well too, just Jess is out.

Image
And the districts with the most newcomers are doing great as well. Overall except for 5 6 and 7, everyone is doing good

Weird how many of the current dead are the physically and cosmically most powerful of the bunch.

Night has fallen, what new horrors will await our remaining tributes? :P
Image
Nice to see they're getting to know each other better before they kill each other
Meanwhile, Terrance makes the first move of the night. Poor King...

Image
Got some teamwork going on in district 1. It's about dang time the districts cooperate!

Image
That's an interesting trio. I'm sure none of them had weapons and decided it wasn't worth wasting energy trying to fight

Maybe Tarot told Marion she could change him back. Be careful Marion, she's a devil in disguise

I'm going with the mentioned idea of the ones begging for death just already being tired of the game. Everything has it's audience.

Or it could be actually that the ones wishing for death are trying to figure out who the merciful ones are and go after them next. :|

Max has been kind of sweet so far, he’s tended to Cerebus’s wounds and given Res shelter. Maybe Marion wants a proven killer on his side, though he does have Lois. I could see Lois tiring of the gam, and just wanting to be done with it.

Well, being as small as he is, Marion's well-equipped for hide-survive-ambush tactics.

However the last time I checked piercing ears and coconuts to the face don't kill. If he chucked it at the back of their skull MAYBE but where would he get coconuts?

Maybe they're on a tropical preserve - and piercing ears with a 30 calibre slug might likely prove more than incapacitating.......

Tiger must have found a sharp stick by the river he was last scene nearby and then used it to kill Fox since he didn't have a knife on him and that is what I'm going with because it makes the most sense and if it doesn't, WHO CARES? I'm the one that is keeping track of the death causes anyway. :P

Fox – Stabbed with a sharp stick found at the river by Tiger

Too bad Fox didn't last as long as he did the last time he was in this game. Even if he somehow survived the stab wound, the stick probably would have caused septicemia.
