Pete’s playing it rather smart; hightail it while the group has attention.

So far it seems lot of players have gotten smarter. And Spot seems to have realized that his superpowers are ineffective in this circumstance.

This is for the earlier post, but I didn't get to post it until now.
So my goal is to illustrate at least one scene from each post.

Okay, so they’re not the most efficient at gathering food, but it’s something. And now concerned that Zach won’t be able to use that sword properly.

As we have seen in the past, you don't need to use a weapon properly to do damage with it. ;)

Now you need to pick something to illustrate for this round. I would do Kevin verses Kari if I actually had any art talent.

That's actually the scene I wanted to draw.

My schedule is too arbitrary to consistently make drawings, but drawings with just two characters (which I assume would be most of them) don't take too long. I can usually finish them within the day.

Well, you don't have to illustrate all of them - and no harm in being off an episode or two. The point is - you're having fun doing it and, whatever you produce, we're gonna enjoy. ;)

If I knew that we were gonna have an illustrator then I would have suggested to Hagus to add some non-death actions in the story for my own amusement. ;)

Quite the tug of war, wasn’t it. Surprised Kevin lost, but maybe he knew better than to stick around too much.

And Chauncey is just having good time. He’ll decimate the other contenders later.

A popular American political cartoonist named Pat Oliphant had a small penguin who often commented on the action in the larger panels. Maybe Chauncy is going to emerge as a similar greek-chorus sort of observer throughout the game.

Truthfully, I'm kinda surprised Rick hasn't used him more often. `Course, I'm the fan who keeps pushing for more appearances from Daisy so wha'dah'eye'know?!

Its OK to push for more appearance from your favorite secondary character. I actually want to advocate for Marvin quite a bit but I'm afraid to push it because I don't want to come across as annoying.

I think one of the primary issues is that in regards to Chauncey, he’s currently over there, over there, and up there.

Hey, it's a comic strip - part of Chauncey's shtick could be his amazing recuperative powers ( especially after his snide asides provoke Tiger or Bino or whoever to smashing him to bits!).

Marvin and Chauncy are actually two of my more favorite characters in the comic, but like D-Rock mentioned, Chauncy is all over the place (and didn't his head turn up in a later arc?).
Hagus wrote:Well maybe he’s like Bumblebee and can pull himself back together at will
I would love to see Tigers reaction when he witnesses the resurrected Chauncy. Ugh, it gives me chills imagining that Chauncy would be after revenge :? although I somehow doubt that.

Just some news, broke my wrist at a soccer game last night, so I will be doing all my typing one handed. No clue if this will affect the speed of postings, but I just thought I’d let y’all know. It kinda sucks because I was in the process of writing another fanfic to start doing here on the forums but it’s all text based so it’s gonna be suuuuper annoying now
No I promise with 100% certainty it wasn’t Chauncey. Even though it may appear that way due to his sudden appearance at my game and his stalking of me for the last 3 days :?
