I guess everyone in the Hunger Games has seen Smokey the Bear and knows campfire safety. Maybe Joey is collecting flowers for Squeak.

Oh, that's a scream! Which, of course, would probably have been Boris's reaction if his larynx wasn't being crushed.... (but is a clever and sardonic image, very ominous.)

Looks like the equalization of everybody's strength in the game that we have seen strikes again because there is no way Marvin would have been able to slam Kevin's skull against a rock! Sorry Marvin, I like you but in the comic itself you wouldn't be able to get the jump on Kevin.

Steward – Drowned by Cory
Terrence – Stabbed by Pete
Dallas – Broken neck after a fall out of a tree
Kitsune – Crushed when Dallas fell on him
Mungo – Strangled by Lester
Tiger – Burned alive by Sasha
Spot (Superdog) – Poisoned with manchineel apples by Jasper
Res – Stabbed by Karishad
Duke – Skull fracture after a fall out of a tree
Concord – Electrocuted when trying to get around the electrified force field of the arena
Karishad – Suicide by slitting his wrists
Sasha – Suicide by throwing herself into a pond
Delusional Steve – Internal injuries from an explosion set off by Long Lost Cousin Aran
Fox – Crushed by debris that collapsed on him as the result of an explosion set off by Long Lost Cousin Aran
Zach – Impaled by debris as the result of an explosion set off by Long Lost Cousin Aran
Lester – Bludgeoned with a log used in a fire by Cory
Boris – Strangled with a rope by Chauncey
Kevin – Skull smashed against a large rock by Marvin

General survival activites. Nice to see none of these four have given up yet!

I can actually see this happening if Max had the element of surprise to be honest :)

only 2 fire related deaths(not counting the explosions) however, so the fire hasn't presented too much of a problem yet.

I know that the deaths you are referring to are Tiger being burned alive by Sasha and Concord getting electrocuted which indeed COULD be fiery but you could also count the explosion that took out Delusion Steve, Fox and Zach even though the fire didn’t actually kill them.

Good to see Marion & Lois doing well. Max has now defeated a wolf and a muscled dog in a fight. Everyone is doing pretty well here, even though North Star lost his fight and and Rockstar ran away from Peanut they both lived to see another day. The others all took steps to help themselves survive as well.

i was actually referring to Lester dying to a log used in Cory's fire, but the electrocution one works better.

To be fair that one really doesn't involve fire as much since it was a charred log that Cory used to smash Lester's skull in. :geek:

The ash would only be found in his skull and if this weren't a game would be a dead giveaway to what the weapon used was. XD

Bailey may be a good fighter, but her aim is slightly off

Two favorites clashing head to head! I think Aran was outmatched there, good thing he ran!

Yeah you tell Bailey that her aim sucks and she'll probably physically attack you to make up for it. LOL

Bailey may have missed her intended victim (Keene) but she still made someone else dead (Jack) ... and that's a win in this game however achieved. Go Bailey ("Gotta kill `em all!")!

I wonder why Bailey is so angry at Keene that she wanted to kill him and instead took out one of her husband's surrogate family members? :?:

Max is pretty impressive this round hasn’t killed anyone but defeated North Star and Boris in fights. Corey is armed, which could be trouble, probably for himself, though he did defeat Duchess last year. Yes, Santau, run away from Duchess, it does nobody good to be near that dog. I wonder if Keene thought about using the pups for a money making project. It might explain Bailey’s anger.

King and Bailey being alive is dangerous for anyone who comes between them :)
Meanwhile the K9s are failing once again.

Image
Concord was a disappointment. At least they did better than Grape though.

Image
Strangely enough District 5 has one of the highest kill counts!

Image
I think the wolves are doing good since they're all siblings! Or related. I don't remember the family tree for the wolf.
Those two Joeys are very similar. I wonder if they're related in some way...

Image
Long Lost Cousin Aran leading the way in kills! Keene and Breel better find him and team up before it's too late!

Image
The reigning champs are both out, but honestly Steve winning a second time would be more dangerous than anything else happening in this game :P

Gee. Yoou would guess that because the K-9 Unit works for the police they would work out a bit better in the game.

I dunno, the Keystone K9S made quite a spectacle of themselves in the hot springs arc.
