I wonder if Zach spared Chauncey because he was trying to make up for the way Tiger treated him?
Regardless, I have a feeling that Zach might regret it.

Well, I thought he was tripping in a very exaggerated manner, but he could be doing that too.

We don't know much about Jasper. He hasn't been seen in the comic in nearly a decade. :o

Toon Physics typically apply to Jasper. But this is the Hunger Games. He may not have that protection.

True, D ... hasn't noticeably worked for any of the previous contestants.

Hey as long as he can get away from Lester before he tries to kill him that will be all that matters.

No one escapes from "The Lester" - he's like Micheal Meyers except instead of a machete, Lester bores his victims to death with gaming trivia.

It’s not the trivia that kills them it’s his smug, know-it-all tone.

You know if you end up using too much novocaine it can cause respiratory arrest right?

Once again, very few casualties early on. I know you guys like bloodshed so hopefully they'll not disappoint

Image
1 and 3 are down to half, both of which never seem to do well in these games. And Grape's replacement did horribly...

Image
All of these districts are doing great! Concord is impressing me so far. Might have to include him in later seasons :D

Image
Lester's kill was incredible
Cory's kill was a teamkill, and the only reason why they are missing someone from their district. Shame on you Cory.

Image
Aaaaaand these two also doing quite well. I have high hopes for Steve!

I believe in this context, that was precisely the point.

Also, it’s Steward, I don’t think we can put too much ire on Cory.

Yeah but I wanted to point out that it would be a peaceful death and its Lester who would most likely kill somebody horrifically like he did with Mungo.

I know that another death whether violent or not is just around the corner since its been so quiet. Who the victim is and who the killer will be however is still a mystery.

Pete and Duchess together...scary thought

Image
Well at least this is staying true to the comic with Marion :)

Image
Ah, copying Dallas I see

Image
Ok I changed my mind. This guy is almost worse than Grape. Who the heck decided to let him-
oh, I did. Right.
My bad.
Carry on.

That was weird of Concord. This was only his first game but he bailed like he’s been through it before.

Pete and Duchess. Maybe he has a use for her.

Gee, Can’t really blame Marion.

“Avoid trees” is starting to seem like a general rule.

I'm beginning to think that the trees are sentient and people who get near them end up getting killed by them. Hey it makes as much sense as anything else.

Steward – Drowned by Cory
Terrence – Stabbed by Pete
Dallas – Broken neck after a fall out of a tree
Kitsune – Crushed when Dallas fell on him
Mungo – Strangled by Lester
Tiger – Burned alive by Sasha
Spot (Superdog) – Poisoned with manchineel apples by Jasper
Res – Stabbed by Karishad
Duke – Skull fracture after a fall out of a tree
Concord – Electrocuted when trying to get around the electrified force field of the arena

On the other paw, Pete and Duchess being together increases the possibility that someone could take them both out. And yeah, I don’t blame Marion, this seems pretty traumatic.

If he does come out of this as the victor, hopefully he can get someone to admit him as their therapy patient before he COMPLETELY snaps. :o

At this point, a strategy needs to be to chainsaw the trees.

But if we hand someone a chainsaw, we might have a massive bloodbath on our hands and the game will be over quicker.

Well, Cerberus is one of the nicer Celestials.

And it seems that the games are really getting to Bino if he’s holding hands with a cat. But really, just about everything is an improvement from Duchess.
