Guys, I still need your opinion on what to do next:
Start over with a new world, with normal biome generation
Start over, but with plains being the only biome
Keep working on what we have now
Paste old buildings into new server with normal biome generation (or plains) using MCEdit
Paste old buildings into new server with superflat plains generation using MCEdit
Make a world with World Painter, and paste old buildings in with MCEdit

I might start a vanilla survival server for everyone to hang out on until something is voted on if anybody is interested.
[edit] Said survival server is now online at the IP that you all know an love if you want to join me.
[edit 2] The server is now creative because I don't have a long enough attention span to sit in a dirt house for 10 minutes.

Yes, please start up the vanilla server. It'll be easier to discuss as a group that way, I think.

I have yet to update to the current pc version, but by the end of this weekend, I'll try and send a rather realistic and very detailed schematic of an ENTIRE TOWN (or at least screenshots) for you all to consider using and exploring. No lies here. It was made on superflat and has tons of space to build more houses. (the existing ones are schematics and npc buildings) so, my vote would be either plains biome, or superflat with the overworld preset. I don't have the means or knowhow to join a server yet, but I promise I'll be on board soon! :P

I think just start from scratch with a new server on default generation, plains or otherwise. We've only done so much, and have creative and worldedit to duplicate whatever of it we choose.

:)

My two cents:
If you can create a normal world using only the plains biome, I would prefer that or even more if you can use plains and forest. If that is not possible, then a normal created world with regular mixed biomes should do.
Best next option would be (from my point of view) to paste the existing buildings into the world somewhere aside over the ground and move them one after the other ingame with Worldedit to a good place adjusting their elevations to the existing groundlevels.

That's not the most complicated thing in the world:
- Start Minecraft in version 1.6.4
- click on Multiplayer
- click on Add Server
- insert a Name (e.g. Minepets!) in the field Server Name and the IP in Server Adress.
- Than you click Done and make a Doubleclick on the new server in your list. And next time just Doubleclick the server in the list.

eh? That's weird... it's not like that for me. :|
Anyways, I've finished the texture pack. Does anyone know how I could upload it here? I tried to upload it to mediafire but it said I could only upload 300 files at the same time.
The texture pack includes the following:

-New Paintings
-Iron Sword is now the Heavenly Scythe
-Gold Sword is now Karishad's Spear
-Diamond Sword is now the Thrifty Broom
-Diamond Hoe is now a weed whacker
-the Beacon is now a Great Kitsune Statue
-Bows are now water guns
-Boss health bar fades from green to yellow (see bellow)
-Hearts are now Peanut's Tag
-Hunger is now Grape's tag
-Armor is now Peanut's Collar
-Air Bubbles are now Grape's Collar
Also, here are some screenshots of Ender Pete and Withered Cerberus:

To use mediafire efficiently, install WinRAR. It's a really nice free system you can use that zips, extracts and compresses files easily. I create Minecraft minigames and then post them on Planet Minecraft.

Did you try it ingame? The game does not allow transparent skins for players. It's the same if you try the skeleton-skin for yourself. At least my minecraft does it...
May somebody else please check if this is true or if my Computer is just trolling me?

Yep, Minecraft doesn't allow transparent skins for players. It makes any transparent part of a skin black by default. I tried a partly transparent skin this morning and it did the same thing.
I don't know of any way to get around it.

All that matters are your Admins opinions.
If your mods haven't answered, give them a day, and then if they still don't respond, just go along with the amount of votes provided.

Thanks you two.

It's 224 blocks wide. Is it tooooo big? xD

Started with the pillars and then tried to be as accurate as possible while following the drawing. So I came up with this size... about 3 hours work and much help from Worldedit. I moved the whole thing 3 times to a bigger area. Just after creating the bigger area. :D

It's an impressive likeness, 224 meters is a good size for a mansion like the Milton estate (maybe 220 after last arc's festivities  )
