What I said. Steve isn't easily noticeable with that lighting.D-Rock wrote:Make Steve a bit more noticeable, and I think it would still work as a standalone piece.

Re: Art Thread
yeah, what everyone else said. the only problem with that is that the lighting made it not obvious who it was.
that being said, I don't think it would have been great for a guest week cause of its sad tone.
but as a standalone piece it's great.
Edit: and now I remember this should be in the fan art thread, so I'm gonna move it.

Really nice draw, Douglass, I like such draws full of references. Aww, the small Furrhan. Eheh, don't mess with her, GameCobra. Looks like dryideabat is receiving the cake from the side of the plate... That must hurt much more, ouch!

I'm sorry for that, but the way it's made makes it hard to get at first sight...Mickey the Luxray wrote:A strip where people can't tell what is going on is a failed strip in my eyes. @Mickey: That's a pretty interesting comic you drew. Sad, but also touching. Definitely something different!

Wow, that was very very dark (more so in the emotional sense than lighting) Mickey the Luxray, but I like it. Indeed, that is what Steve probably sighs at the end of each day, when the last of the lights are turned off for the night.
Spectacular work Douglas! I really like the array of facial expressions as well as all the cool well-drawn cameos. Though I wonder if I'm the one who launched that pie at Kevin or if I'm about to be a victim of circumstance (probably the latter; story of my life).

1) Dropping him in the vat-o-puppies wasn't enough? Now you want to punch him on the face also?
2) If his face is very punchable, that means that I have to recolor another character to not get punched, right?

Well, after the sandwich, it's good have an ice cream... Oh, yeah, Bino has a such soft punchable face... Obviously, Jessica wants to try also it, after Tiger's one. Probably, she heard that's a so good punchable face from a certain husky...
Nice work, TheBlasterizer.

Nice work TheBlasterizer. Yep, Bino needs a bit of tough love... and the best way to give it to him is with a tough glove to the FACE.
Re: Another bit of fanart
Got this from Rick from this month's patreon request. special thanks also from Cory K and Sansash. They requested a buff Maxwell. I requested Grape's reaction :3

I wonder what Maxwell's reaction would be like if Grape was super buff?

Grape is wearing a Max shirt. That really sold that!

I did not realise that, my brain does not want to accept this wall break.

Ahah, great draw! Finally, the dorky Maxwell became the hunk he desired to be, just to impress Grape. And the plan is working well.

Eh, Karishad doesn't understand abstract examples, he just acts from what he listens. Very nice work again, TheBlasterizer.
Re: Another bit of fanart
It seems that getting Kari to carry out a plan of yours is an artform in wordplay.

That's what you get for letting Karishad take care of your special effects. You know how fired up he gets!
Let's give it everything we've got! Get ready, because it's Punishment Time!

Come now, you should have known that fire and Karishad don't mix. No need for an interpreter to translate what Keene's feeling right now. Cool work on this one TheBlasterizer; Keene looks spot-on.

No arms would be ideal, but one is better than two I guess.

Once again, Jack, you'll be working with Bino. Only you either have to stand up for him or face him.
Re: Another bit of fanart
Very nice work. Your shading way looks good, you can improve it adding some more layer.

I think that's my favorite fanart so far.
Douglas isn't my real name, but because of a name block put on me by a higher-order being known as Djinni, I can't say my real name.

To go with the current arc, here's something I drew... Yes, I forgot the eye color.
Re: Another bit of fanart
D'aww, that's so lovely! As I said, that's what Fox really needs now, and that husky angel certainly needs him too. Great draw Nicholas!

That's beautiful, Bat.
